Perfectly blending historic charm with contemporary amenities. As you walk through the front door, you'll be welcomed by the warm and inviting living area, complete with vintage décor and comfortable seating. The original hardwood floors and add a touch of nostalgia, while the flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure you stay connected and entertained.

The space
This fully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a 1930's duplex. Although located on the first floor, you will walk a few steps up stairs to get to the front door.

We offer two desks for studies and ample space to stay a while. All beds are queen size, even our pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room. The fire place is for looks only but we offer central AC and heat all year long with onsite parking.

Guest access
Guests will have access to free onsite parking, apartment unit 1 and the back patio inside our gate.

Other things to note
This is a renovated 1930's duplex, sound can still travel! Please be courteous to our floors and note that their can be other occupants staying on the property in our other 3 units during your stay. We welcome mid and long term guests.
