The house was exactly as it was listed online & we felt safe. The host was very responsive in getting us the information we needed as well as a few things we messaged about during our stay. He was great to work with and we would definitely recommend. The picture wall and accessories are a nice touch.

The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable, at least mine. The backyard did need mowing. The house was fine for what we needed.Now, be aware that the neighborhood was very sketchy. It was definitely “in the hood” as we were driving through the neighborhood to get to the property. The neighborhood is badly run down and in bad shape with lots of people hanging around the streets all day. We were not bothered in any way, and we could park our vehicle in the garage.The house was fine and clean. We felt safe inside. I would not want to leave my vehicle outside overnight, though. A police officer told us it was the worst areas in Houston. He said just go inside and stay inside.

Property nice. Entry gate difficult to open. 3 bedrooms. Only the master had a tv. Ceiling fans didn't work properly. Stairwell lights not working. That area is very dark. Someone could easily misstep inthe dark and fall. Only 2 laundry detergent pods. No replacement paper towels. Ironing board was broke. Common area bathroom sink drained slow. No icemaker in freezer. Bedrooms 2 & 3 had no lights that would operate by the wall switch. Had to walk into a fark room to locate a touch activated light.

Lakia booked my home with intentions of throwing a party. VRBO informed me there were risks of her rsvp and advised me to cancel if I identified she was in fact intending to exceed my max guest count. Upon speaking with Lakia she did inform me she was planning to have a party and exceed the max guest count allowed-thus I did cancel her reservation and Lakia did not stay nor enter my proerty.

The home was very nice but we were met with some difficulties upon arrival. The host prefaced in the check-in instructions that the gate might be difficult to open and would require some manipulation, which led to the key breaking inside the lock. We did make things right by calling our own locksmith to fix it, but we didn’t fully appreciate how the situation was handled since that was just the outcome of us following the check in instructions. :/ Besides that the home was nice and we did enjoy our stay

Enjoyed our stay !

We booked this home so we could take our kids to an Astros game and a Dynamo game . The location was perfect and super close to both stadiums as it was only a few miles away . We loved how modern and clean the home was. Also Isaac was very nice and helpful and quick to respond if I had a question. We definitely would recommend it and when we go back to Houston, we’ll definitely book again .

The house was nicely decorated and clean! It has everything that we need for our party of 7 guests. It even has an electronic balloon pump. House wasn't big nor small. Very cozy! We love the open concept, and the island has ample space for all our stuff! The bonus part is that it has a wall photo. That's a plus! It came in handy for our birthday celebrations photos. If we are ever in the area again with a big group, we would definitely rent this house. We were ever happy with our stay! Thank you for keeping it clean!

Perfect for Our Situation

This was a great place to stay. The Greater 5th Ward is a rougher neighborhood. However, there are several newer townhomes being built in the area. We didn’t have any issues whatsoever. There’s a locked gate at the entrance, and we parked our car in the garage. We were a group of 5 guys coming to town to watch an Astros game and see some sights in Houston. The location in comparison to downtown was great. We could be to Minute Maid Park in 10 minutes. The home was clean and very comfortable. We each had our own bed, and no one had to sleep on a couch. It was well-stocked with the necessities. Isaac, our host, was very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again! We had a great experience!
