The home is designed with an open and functional layout that makes it easy for groups and families to gather together while still having room to spread out, featuring a main living area downstairs with comfortable seating that is perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun, watching TV, or enjoying time together, along with a second living area upstairs connected to the master suite that includes a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space as well as a private retreat for kids or guests who want a quieter area to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts before heading to the beach to full family dinners, complete with full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and ample counter space, all flowing seamlessly into the dining and living areas to keep everyone connected. Blue Pearl comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests with a thoughtfully designed bedroom layout that works well for both families and groups, including a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed that offers a quiet and cozy space for couples, a second downstairs bedroom featuring three bunk beds that is perfect for kids or multiple guests, and an upstairs master suite that provides added privacy along with direct access to a Jack and Jill bathroom, while the upstairs living area’s sofa bed adds even more flexibility for sleeping arrangements. The home includes two full bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to get ready without feeling crowded, with convenient access for both upstairs and downstairs guests.
