Make yourself at home in our peaceful 1,500 sqft beach house! You can step out onto the wide expanse of sand from the Golf cart and pedestrian-only beach access located directly next to the home. Enjoy the unobstructed view from the spacious deck, grill some fresh seafood on the BBQ (next to the outdoor shower), or have a blast splashing in the salty water of the newly minted Gulf of America.

Located 10 minutes from the Bolivar Ferry Landing, the home is convenient for Galveston day trips.

We've included linens, small toiletries, and towels with the property to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, while the 2 smaller bedrooms have both dressers and closets. The Smart TV in the main room has Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ included with it. We have a game cabinet with a selection of board games!

The keys go back into the key box. There is a $100 lost key fee, which covers the complete replacement of the front and back door lock sets.

Private Paradise

A wonderful property right along the path to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the patio was spacious with adjustable lounge chairs. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. It was wonderful to have a relaxing place on the water like this. I plan on returning in the summer months .

Mosquitoes

Nice property but it is located around a lot of grass. So if there is any rain at all and water standing watch out for the mosquitoes! They were terrible.

Great location/Communication

This was our second time staying at this property. We love being on the quieter side of CB and it's a short walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart this time and it was much easier, plus we enjoyed driving the beach in the evening. The owner is SO nice and easy to communicate with. The beds are very comfortable and the wifi/AC work great! The only thing I'd recommend to the owner is to update the kitchen appliances. The fridge is fine, but ice trays are kind if tedious. The stovetop was very difficult to keep clean, and the dishwasher hardly worked (half the time the cleaning tablet wasn't even fully dissolved). For the price and being beach front, I just think it needs some updates compared to other homes we've stayed in. Otherwise it's a great property and our family always has a great time!

Peaceful is exactly what it is

No beach ruckus because of the wetland buffer. You can see the water which is perfect but not the beach which for us was perfect. Lots of breeze. The house is well stocked and perfect!! I’ll be coming back to this.

Loved the property right on the beach. Kids had a blast playing on the beach. And having to ride the ferry was a fun experience whenever we went into Galveston.

Relaxing, beautiful view

We took a quick trip down to Crystal Beach just to relax and spend time with the kids. It is a perfect location; easy walk to the beach. The house is the very spacious and very clean. The huge deck is perfect for watching the sunrise. We hope to go back soon!

Awesome house in a quite area right on the beach!

This was by far one of the best houses we have stayed at in Crystal Beach. We visit Crystal Beach at least 2-4 times a year. This house was in an area close to everything yet in a neighborhood on the beach that was not crowded. I didn’t hear loud cars/music at night despite being on the first row of the beach. It was clean and the property manger is super responsive to questions. It had everything we needed for a great price! Can’t say enough good things about this property!

Perfect Location & A Great Home

Home is located on the quieter end of Crystal Beach, which makes it a perfect family get away location. Home is clean and updated and ha views to die for. We bought fresh shrimp from a local shop and had a wonderful shrimp boil with our family.

Perfect Beach Vacation

For my family, (adults and teens), this place was just perfect for us. We appreciated having enough beds for everyone, a nice big dining table, and kitchen easy to cook in. We were very happy to find a charcoal grill and outdoor shower too. Being able to walk to and from the beach so easily and whenever we each wanted was the cherry on top. We'll be back again next year too!

Location, location, location

This gem of a house is in a small neighborhood where the only thing between you and the water is the dunes. The beach access is a pedestrian and golfcart-only path, so there's no real traffic in the neighborhood. From the front door we could be in the waves in less than 3 minutes. There's a stack of boogie boards, beach towels and toys right by the door - very helpful! Downstairs shower was very handy for sandy bathingsuits. Colorful and comfortable interior with lots of beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the huge deck. It's about 15 minutes into Crystal Beach, which means you're closer to the ferry and the Audubon Bird Sanctuary on a quieter part of the beach. Allison responded in less than 2 minutes after I messaged that I couldn't get the lockbox open. Love this little place and we're ready to book it again for next summer. One thing - my mother is 5'2" and couldn't get onto the bed in the master bedroom without a stepstool. Fortunately, The Big Store is a combination grocery store and Ace Hardware so we got her squared away alright. Just something to be aware of if you are of similar stature. :) She did say the mattress was amazingly comfortable once she got up there!

Front row water view on the deck!

Wow, we spent countless hours just lounging on the deck taking in the gulf views. The pictures in the ad don't do it justice. The deck is partially covered so you can switch from sun to shade as you please. The quiet house is very well stocked for a large group from the kitchen to all the beach stuff (towels, boogie boards). Check-in/out was simple. We will be back. Thank you!

So Very Relaxing!

Beautiful and spacious beachfront home...39 steps to the sandy beaches of the gulf, or 1 block to drive onto the beach. Inside the house, very well decorated and was very impressed with the outside decking and gorgeous views of the waves lapping at the sandy beach. Our host Allison was great...easy to message and a quick response! Will book again!

Girls weekend getaway

Allison was the absolute best! She was responsive to every question we had before our arrival. The pictures do not do this gem any justice. Well stocked with EVERYTHING you’ll need for your stay. This part of the beach is quite compared to other areas and we LOVE it! Met some “locals” who live in this quite neighborhood and walked away from the weekend with new friends. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a beach front home for a relaxing get away. We will be back ❤️

We found this wonderful getaway in 2006, after moving to Louisianna from Germany. We fell in love with the sleepy beach breeze and the calm pace of life of Crystal Beach. This has become our home away from home, especially as all of the daughters are growing up and leaving the nest.
