If nature is calling, bathing in natural splendor, Skaneateles, Cayuga, and Owasco lakes tempt you with the promise of boating, kayaking, and fishing, all within 14 miles radius. On the property, you can revel in a lazy day pool side under the warm sun, before spending your evening under a canopy of stars, cracking fire echoing in the distance surrounded by fertile fields.

Its four bedrooms, a large living room, and dining room offer a perfect blend of community and privacy. The updated appliances make sure your culinary forays are a delight and the oversized dining table brings everyone together for shared meals.

Country Fields House Rules

✅ Airbnb/Abnb/Skaneateles Cottages bans all parties, which would include any guest that is not disclosed at the time of booking. Parties will lead to immediate cancellation and eviction, as per Airbnb policy.
✅ The home is on a septic and well system and requires special care. Which includes; no feminine products and baby wipes down toilets and no food down kitchen drain.
✅ Please bring trash bags to the bins outside. If you are on the property the night before pick up, we ask that you please bring the bin to the road side.
✅ Locked cleaner closet, garage, basement and locked closet in pool house are off limits to guest.
✅ Pool rules; no diving and use pool at your own risk. No glass in the pool area. Breaking these rules can incur fines if it leads to damage, additional cleaning costs or due to remedy needs.
✅ No unregistered guests allowed. Please communicate with property manager as to who is on property.
✅ Maximum of four cars in the driveway.
✅ No smoking allowed inside or outside.
✅ No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
✅ Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Maintain food consumption to dining an kitchen areas to prevent damage to rugs and furnishings.
✅ Please respect the noise curfew. (9pm - 9am).
✅ No swimming after 9pm.
✅ Please turn off the AC when doors and windows are open. Keep remote for split unit on wall holder except when adjusting temperatures. These remotes are difficult and expensive to replace.
✅ Please respect check-in and check-out times. Our cleaning stay require every minute to prep property and are on a tight schedule. Let us know if you foresee needing extra minutes so we can let staff know. Otherwise, they will arrive at checkout time.
✅ Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are liable for all damages to property and furnishing including linens. Guests are responsible to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
✅ Please do not rearrange the furniture.
✅ Please clean the grill after each use.
✅ Please do not move the furniture or decorations.
✅ Be sure to pick up pool area/pool house daily and remove trash, food items etc… to avoid animal activity at night which can lead to property damage and additional messes.

Breaking any of the house rules can incur additional fines. These fines will reflect the cost of additional cleaning staff services, the cost of repairs, or any additional specialized mitigation services such as but not limited to upholstery or carpet.

In general, be respectful of the property, maintain the property as it was received, be mindful and respectful of the neighbors and follow the checkout checklist. Report any concerns, safety concerns, damages, or issues immediately. Do not wait until checkout time, do not wait for us to find it.




Overall, please return Country Fields as it was received, and all security deposits will be returned. And everyone will be happy. 😊
