This is a lovely property for two families to share and enjoy! It is super cool on hot lake days and a great location for walking to the market and breakfast place right across the street. Wonderful kitchen to hang out and visit! We recommend the property highly and so enjoyed our time with friends here. Thank you!

Inside the house needs a little updating, ( mostly the wall paper)I love old houses so it was perfect.The patio area needs work especially with the weeds. But again it was fine for us.I would definitely stay there again

The property outside was overrun with weeds.The inside of the house was not very clean. Alot of dog hair in upstairs bedroom. The dishwasher did not work. We were told by the property manager to go online for help which we did but could not get it to work. Kitchen and back bathroom were updated and nice. The hot water was extremely hot. You probably could have boiled eggs.i

We had a wonderful stay while visiting the area for a wedding. Overall, the house was exactly what we needed - comfortable, spacious, and filled with plenty of areas to gather, relax, and enjoy one another’s company. It was a great value for the location and had everything we needed for our stay. The home was conveniently located near the Inns of Aurora, the MacKenzie-Childs store, wineries, and other nearby attractions. The quaint downtown area was literally right across the street, which was very convenient. The kitchen was lovely! It was one of our favorite parts of the home. Every evening, we gathered around the large island to visit and play cards for hours, making our stay especially memorable. The enclosed porch was also a nice feature, and we enjoyed the quaint reading area on the upstairs landing. As a thoughtful suggestion for future improvements, a little additional attention to the landscaping and outdoor areas could make the property feel even more welcoming. A detailed cleaning, including gently clearing away cobwebs throughout the house and refreshing the enclosed porch, would also help enhance the overall experience.That said, we truly enjoyed our stay, and the home worked very well for what we needed. The host was wonderful! Very communicative, easy to reach, and always quick to respond.

Excellent home!

We had a great time at this location! Came into town for the weekend for a wedding with 2 other couples. We had plenty of space and the fancy features were so fun!! We were close to several wineries and close to some great restaurants. It was a great weekend, so thank you!!

The house was well equipped and clean. The kitchen was large with high-end appliances and met our needs. As a group of Fishermen the accommodations were perfect especially the parking area for our two boats. The house was far nicer than we expected. Looking for to future trips to Union Springs.

Great house, great location!

What a great place to stay! Love the character of these older houses. The kitchen is amazing! If you enjoy cooking and socializing in the kitchen this is the place! It’s also very close to the boat launch and has parking for a full size pickup plus boat which is very unique and makes this place perfect for anyone serious about angling. Cute town, has a nice grocery store, pizzeria, etc. We will be back!!

Great place! Loved layout as bedrooms had spaces between most of them making sleeping time very quiet. Living rooms, sitting areas wonderful (though couldnt open screened porch from inside). Coffee supplies were a bit limited, but adequate for us. Bedroom beside stairs and upstairs bathroom may need shades for environment lights (at night) and after dark privacy. Beds comfy, bedding and linens -great. Loved our stay!!! Would definitely stay again! Great decor!

Not recommended due to basic privacy issues and Zero response from Host

It was not as expected. All bathroom doors were missing locks which was not a good experience at all. For all of our group, it was very scary and uncomfortable. No action was taken by host even after daily msgs. Even, host didn’t respond of any message or complaint. Basic amenities were only available in 1 bathroom. Outside structure of house very dirty and unhealthy. Spiders web and other insects were everywhere. I liked the City, very calm and friendly. This is my first time, I had this kind of experience. I dropped 3 emails and follow ups to Evolve to address the issue and still waiting for their response. Hope reading this review, I will get the response.

Large rooms, modern kitchen. Needed info on running dishwasher. 4 reasonably smart adults couldn't figure it out. After getting it to finally run 3 different times, gave up and did dishes by hand. While the inside had charming features and lots of room, the outside definitely needs upkeep. The dandelion "bushes" were huge and very tall. Would have appreciated some newer pots. We made do with what was available. The kitchen on the whole was lovely - 8 burner stove, 2 ovens, huge island, very large refrigerator - which we filled up! We were pleased with this updated and still charming 1837 built home.Our granddaughter is in a wheel chair and the downstairs was perfect with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and lots of room for her to maneuver.
