This place was amazing for the price! We couldn’t believe it when we checked in. The place itself was clean and well stocked. It’s a great central location if you’re wanting to explore the whole island. Plenty of food places within walking distance or a short drive. The actual area feels pretty quiet but that may have been also because we went in the off season. We loved coming back after driving all day and hanging out in the pool, watching the sunset, and looking out for the turtles that swim up to shore! Would definitely book this place again!

This apartment is very special. The air-conditioners worked well. We were very comfortable even though it was really hot in Kihei that week, as we were dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane LaLa. The kitchen was well appointed. New appliances. The sofa was comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. The parking is free. The office is staffed all day, so if you have a problem, the staff is there to assist. The walk across the big lawn to the beach is beautiful. Sunsets are right there. The beach is long enough to take a good walk. The surrounding neighborhoods feel very safe. Shopping centers with restaurants and a post office are close by. If you want to sit on the lanai, the furniture is clean and comfy. Check in with Vanessa was easy. I would stay again.

Having traveled extensively and stayed at countless vacation rentals around the world, I've learned that properties rarely live up to their photos and descriptions. This place is the exception — it's actually better than advertised. The unit is freshly remodeled and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. Whether you're cooking a meal or just unwinding after a day at the beach, you'll find the space has been set up with real attention to detail. The host was incredibly responsive from booking through checkout, which made the entire experience seamless.Location-wise, it doesn't get much better: just a 25-minute drive from the airport and a quick 3-minute walk to the beach. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 10-minute drive, so you have convenience without sacrificing tranquility.Whether you're a couple looking for a relaxing getaway or a family needing space and comfort, this place truly checks every box. Highly recommend!

We were really at home here. The kitchen is very up-to-date with new appliances, has a very comfortable sitting area and an easy-to-use TV. The lanai has a great view of the grounds, which are impeccable. The A/C kept it 70 at night and comfortable all day. The beach is accessable about 100 yards behind the compound through a cut grass field, not through another condo complex. Oh and the hosts were great.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Escape to the sun-soaked shores of North Kihei and discover the ultimate relaxation at Luana Kai Resort. Prepare to be embraced by the warmth and personalized attention from Leslie Brown, our dedicated manager. At Luana Kai, we pride ourselves on creating a ‘home away from home’ experience, just as our many cherished returning guests have found.

Step into our thoughtfully designed apartments, where we understand that your needs go beyond what a typical hotel can offer. Enjoy the convenience of complimentary hardwired broadband and WIFI internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxing bath, in-room laundry facilities, cable TV, and even a convenient voice mail service.

Even with our great rates, we’re near to world famous restaurants, world-class performance venues, and activities. Your condo is only 5 to 10 minutes drive from Hawaii’s best beaches and golf.

Once you’ve seen it all you can read a great book from our free library while you tan at the pool. You can also enjoy the sauna, whirlpool, cabana kitchen, and gas barbecues.

You can also play tennis and play pickleball on regulation tennis courts, putt around on our nine hole golf green, or try your hand at traditional shuffleboard.

Watch for whales swimming and breaching from November through May when our humpback friends are all part of the family. You can stroll the park and beaches and view windsurfers, fishermen, whales, kites and kite-boards. After a spectacular sunset, you can cool off in one of our optionally air-conditioned condos.

Like so many people before you, we hope to have you come and enjoy our Kihei vacation rental accommodations and have Luana Kai Resort as your home away from home.
