✓ Trash Policy: Guests may leave up to one (1) trash bag on the check-out date. Any additional trash bags left behind will incur a charge of $80 per extra bag.
✓ Home Security: Guests are responsible for securing the property at all times. Leaving the garage door open, or the front door open or unlocked upon departure or during the stay may result in a $100 security fee.
