The location of this affordable apartment stay was unbeatable. We were in town for a friend's wedding, so we had a lot of time to ourselves. We walked to breakfast, bars, and grocery with no problem, and could quickly get on 610 to go sight-seeing. The set-up itself was very comfortable for two of us, and parking in the garage was fantastic.

Excellent facility

This was a perfect set up: compact with everything I needed, great wifi, comfy bed, decent TV, and a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The ability to have the use of a secure carpark was a real bonus.

The apartment was clean and ready when we arrived. So nice to have garage Parking, so that we could leave valuables in the car and not have to unload everything. Lawrence is an excellent host. We had a mall issue with the key pad late at night, and he was able to solve the issue immediately. We didn’t use the laundry, but it’s nice to have access to a washer/dyer, particularly for a longer stay. This was our 4th time staying at Laurence’s garage apartment, and we will be back!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely garage apartment for our anniversary weekend and found the entire experience really charming and enjoyable. It’s in a great neighborhood— lots of great cafes and shops within walking distance and an upscale HEB practically in the backyard. It was peaceful and quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable. Our host who lives in the beautiful house in front was very welcoming and thoughtful in furnishing the apartment with all kinds of amenities. We would definitely stay again!

Great Place

Leonard was a great host. He was very helpful. Garage parking was great considering it snowed during our stay. Leonard was also very helpful with a few small issues and brought us an electric blanket during the cold snap. I would highly recommend his place and will be reserving his place in the future.

The apartment was larger than expected. The bed was very comfortable and AC worked well. Easy parking in attached garage. Appliances were perfect for our needs: refrigerator, microwave and hot plate. We would stay there again.

This was our 2nd time staying in Leonard’s garage apartment, and once again, we were very satisfied. Access to offstreet parking, washer/dryer, convenience to grocery and restaurants, as well as a very comfortable bed and large living space are among the reasons we will stay here again. Also, the location is in a quiet walkable residential area.

Gracious host and amazing location!

We had an awesome stay at Leonard’s studio. The neighborhood was walkable with coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants all a block or two away. The apartment was well equipped with shampoo/ conditioner, charging ports, and even a clothing steamer that Leonard graciously got for us. What blew us away was Leonard’s generosity, hospitality, and warmth. He gave us local tips to ensure we had a lovely stay, checked up on us to make sure we were comfortable, and let us store our luggage so we could explore the neighborhood further after our stay. Thank you so much Leonard - we hope to be back again soon!
