Great Location in the Heights

From the posting, we were under the impression this was a one bedroom apartment but it is actually a studio. None the less it was the perfect size for a couple and was equipped and stocked with coffee, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent for our use. The fact that we also had the use of a secure garage for our vehicle was an added bonus. It is located in a great area with restaurants and a grocery within walking distance. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for accomodations in the Houston Heights area

Gracious host and amazing location!

We had an awesome stay at Leonard’s studio. The neighborhood was walkable with coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants all a block or two away. The apartment was well equipped with shampoo/ conditioner, charging ports, and even a clothing steamer that Leonard graciously got for us. What blew us away was Leonard’s generosity, hospitality, and warmth. He gave us local tips to ensure we had a lovely stay, checked up on us to make sure we were comfortable, and let us store our luggage so we could explore the neighborhood further after our stay. Thank you so much Leonard - we hope to be back again soon!

Great Place

Leonard was a great host. He was very helpful. Garage parking was great considering it snowed during our stay. Leonard was also very helpful with a few small issues and brought us an electric blanket during the cold snap. I would highly recommend his place and will be reserving his place in the future.

Convenient to stores, restaurants and The Heights

Amazing location-walkable to restaurants and groceries

Efficient studio apartment

Simple basic studio, good bed, pillows, towels. Good washer and dryer. Too many coffee makers. Great location. Gracious host.

Great stay

Great large studio that feels homey immediately. Bed is a nice medium firm mattress. I didn’t really use the kitchen but there was a portable burner and pots and pans. Laundry also available. The neighborhood is very family oriented and it’s across the street from a school. The studio is located above a detached garage, so you can hear when the garage door opens but that doesn’t really bother me. Overall great quick trip and would stay again.

This was our 2nd time staying in Leonard’s garage apartment, and once again, we were very satisfied. Access to offstreet parking, washer/dryer, convenience to grocery and restaurants, as well as a very comfortable bed and large living space are among the reasons we will stay here again. Also, the location is in a quiet walkable residential area.

Garage Apartment

The apartment was larger than expected. The bed was very comfortable and AC worked well. Easy parking in attached garage. Appliances were perfect for our needs: refrigerator, microwave and hot plate. We would stay there again.

Heights heaven

Everything was easy, Leonard was extra helpful, loved having a couple of push bikes to hit the trails on. Everything was walkable, accommodation had everything you need, even a complete laundry room. Thoroughly recommend her
