Gorgeous modern beachfront condo on the Gulf. Beautiful, quiet white sand beach with an on-site heated pool. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit with a large screened balcony is located on the top floor with gorgeous views of both the Gulf and the Intracoastal.

Lots of beach games for everyone to enjoy, including cornhole, bocce ball, and sandcastle tools. Indoor board games for those rainy days, as well as cable and WiFi. Linens, bath, and beach towels provided.

Kitchen
- Caesarstone counters with a waterfall overhang. Stainless appliances, including oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a garbage disposal, a blender for your frozen cocktails, a Keurig coffee maker, a regular drip coffee machine, and a kettle. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available. ​​​​​​​

Dinning
- Wood dining table that seats 6. Sides can be dropped for more space when not in use. Breakfast bar with 3 stools.

Living Room
- 2 Couches
- 2 ottomans that also double as a coffee table
- Large flat-screen TV
- 3rd couch in reading/sitting nook

Patio
- One high top table with 2 chairs and one folding table with 2 chairs. Sit back, relax, and watch the best sunsets around

- You came to enjoy the beach, but please leave the sand there… please rinse off toys and place everything neatly back in the closet after use

Bedroom #2
- Queen bed with a double trundle bed that pulls out from the bottom

Guest access
Entire condo with the exception of one closet in the master and one closet in 2nd bedroom, where the owner's belongings are stored.

Other things to note
- While the condo is great for kids, we expect that parents will monitor their children to ensure the unit is not damaged or excessively dirty upon departure.
- The third bedroom does not have a closet.
- Beach chairs, wagon, and toys are provided for your use and must be neatly returned to the storage closet

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: One designated parking spot. There are also visitor spots which are on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.
