The holiday home is surrounded by an olive grove, lemon trees and bougainvilleas and enjoys a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean sea, giving the guest the impression of embracing with just one glance the fabulous panorama of Versilia stretching from Massa's Castello Malaspina to the Ligurian sea resort of Porto Venere, gateway to the Cinque Terre, and from Massa to Forte Dei Marmi.

At guest's disposal a swimming pool (12x4, open from May to October) set in a position with view over the coast, terraced area, barbecue, table tennis table, wine and olive oil tasting, a washing machine, internet Wi-Fi connection, car park.

During the high season the owner will be delighted to bake pizza for all guests, to be served at the swimming pool terrace.
