Escape to this stunning lakefront house at Lake Anna, where two tiers of spacious decks offer the perfect setting for relaxation and outdoor entertaining. The covered ground-floor patio features a brand-new private hot tub, comfortable seating, and a classic picnic table, while a second patio area boasts Adirondack chairs arranged around an outdoor firepit with a fabulous view of the lake. Upstairs, the terrace provides alfresco dining tables and a gas grill, ideal for enjoying meals with a lake view. Head down to the private dock to spend some time on the water with two adult kayaks, two kid kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, and life jackets included.

With high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light and beautiful surrounding views, this home offers an open living area that is both inviting and spacious. A well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed to enjoy great meals. The downstairs features a wet bar nook with a mini-fridge, perfect for making drinks and having fun in the game room, which includes a 65-inch flatscreen TV, a premium shuffleboard table, foosball, and darts.

Perfect

Everything was just as stated on the site. My family really enjoyed hanging out by the boat house and fishing. After a busy June and July, we took full advantage of the peace and quiet this house offered. I would definitely rent here again.

Labor Day Weekend

We enjoyed our stay! The house was open and bright. Our group of 12 was very comfortable in the house with cozy spaces inside and out. We enjoyed the hot tube and the use of the kayaks and paddle board. The lake access was nice and the house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Lake Vacation!!

We had such a fantastic vacation and absolutely LOVED the house!!! We spent tons of time down at dock swimming, taking out the kayaks, SUP, and fishing!! The outdoor stone fire pit with hot tub right next to it was amazing. We really enjoyed the game room with shuffle board and loved the open layout of the family room and kitchen for our large group. Everything was clean and well stocked. Can’t wait to go back!!

Family fun at Hat Trick

Really beautiful place- very well equipped in Kitchen, great games and water activities, although description of bringing a boat and where to dock was not very well communicated. Would have liked more information on where to shop for groceries ahead of time.

Short Summer Stay

We pulled together a last minute trip to Lake Anna, and were lucky to come across Hat Trick. The place was very nice, clean and well appointed. Everything we needed. The description of “lakefront” is a bit of a stretch, as is the beautiful lake views. Nonetheless, the setting was very pleasant, there is direct access to the lake and we had a great time with all the water toys. We really enjoyed ourselves. If you’re expecting big, open waterfront views, this may not be the place for you.

The Hat Trick house has it all!!

This property has SO many amenities!! Everything was so thought out and well stocked. The bedrooms are huge with lots of bathroom access. We were able to fit everyone very comfortably. As someone who likes to cook, I was very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. It has everything you need to make any meal a success while on your trip! The view of the water from the dinning and living room was beautiful and we enjoyed eating on the deck. The WiFi was great! I work remotely and had no issues logging in and getting my work done. We loved the hot tub, game room and fire pit! There was something for all ages every minute of our day. Last but not least - the LAKE! Wonderful lake access for swimming, kayaking or just floating! We really enjoyed the upper sun deck and even tried our hand at fishing! This trip was just what our family needed to recharge and THIS HOUSE had it all! We will definitely be back!
