Tucked away on a large, private lot, this classic three bedroom beach house at 33391 Ocean Pines Lane offers the kind of relaxed coastal escape that’s getting harder to find.

Just a 15-minute walk to the beach, the house is set back from the crowds, making it ideal for families or anyone looking for peace, space, and old-school beach charm. The spacious yard is perfect for family games, morning coffee, or unwinding after a day in the sun.

Inside, you’ll find an old-fashioned beach house atmosphere, highlighted by a lighthouse-style staircase that gives the home real character and warmth. Step outside to a large deck with two umbrellas, perfect for outdoor meals, reading, or evening gatherings. After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower…a summer essential.

This is a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy Bethany Beach the way it used to be: simple, comfortable, and memorable.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
