Sea Colony West Side 2nd floor lakeview condo w/ tennis and pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, state of the art fitness center and private beach. Relax with pristine lake views and enjoy the breeze. This second floor condo boasts a tree-lined wrap around porch, deck and new LVP flooring throughout with 3-bedrooms plus a loft with a total of 3 full bathrooms. The main level offers a living and dining area with cathedral ceilings, well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the primary suite and primary ensuite with a jetted tub. The 2nd floor loft features a full bath and queen bed. Unit includes central air conditioning, washer, dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, free Wifi, and a gas fireplace.
Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis and pickleball, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. This unit is conveniently located steps from the fitness center, aquatics center, the beach shuttle, and a fishing dock. The tennis center is a short walk from the unit.
