Bienvenue dans notre magnifique Bethany Beach trois chambres / 2 récemment mis à jour. 5 maison de ville de salle de bains située à seulement environ 1/2 mile de la plage et de la promenade. Marchez, faites du vélo ou prenez le tramway de la plage Bethany, qui viendra vous chercher juste en bas de la rue. Cette maison de ville est située dans la communauté résidentielle tranquille de Villas of Bethany West, dans le centre de Bethany Beach, à proximité des restaurants et des boutiques.

Cette maison est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes. La cuisine mise à jour comprend de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, un lave-linge / sèche-linge, un micro-ondes et une cafetière. Le salon comprend une télévision de 55 pouces, une cheminée électrique, un système audio, une connexion Wi-Fi et des sièges confortables. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes, y compris une table de salle à manger et des tabourets de bar.

La mise à jour 2019 comportait une superbe salle 3 saisons avec un canapé, 2 fauteuils pivotants et une table de pub à 4 places. Off the 3 season Room est un barbecue à gaz!

La communauté résidentielle tranquille dispose d'une immense piscine avec une pataugeoire, des courts de tennis, un panier de basket et une petite aire de jeux. Il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaires pour l'utilisation de la piscine communautaire et des courts de tennis. Il y a aussi un étang communautaire, qui est un étang salé, avec un quai pour le lancement de votre kayak ou canoë.

Cette maison de ville comprend 3 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. Il dort 8 personnes. Chambre n ° 1 (maître) a un lit king et salle de bains. La chambre n ° 2 dispose d'un lit queen-size avec un lit gigogne double et la chambre n ° 3 de deux lits superposés. Les draps ne sont pas inclus, veuillez donc prévoir vos propres draps et serviettes.

Cette maison de ville est à distance de marche ou à quelques minutes en vélo de la plage, des restaurants, du café, de la promenade, etc. Wawa, Rita's, Grotto Pizza et de nombreux restaurants sont à quelques pas!

Coastal love!

Beautifully decorated townhouse! Loved the screened in porch as well as the location of the property to the beach! Owner was wonderful; responded quickly to questions and very friendly!

Great place to stay - everything right there!! Condo was spacious and well thought out- had beach chairs, games, dishes etc! My family had a great stay and David is a wonderful host - gets back quickly to any questions .

Awesome experience for everyone

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful charming house. Our little grandsons love the sun room to eat their breakfast and play games in the evening. Each of the rooms were thoughtfully and artfully decorated to make one feel relaxed and welcome. Checkin was a breeze. Everything were in working condition to make our stay enjoyable.

Wonderful Spot

The place was fantastic. The location was perfect for us since it was less than a mile from the beach...which meant avoiding the crowds. Surprisingly, the restaurants near the house (walking distance) were great. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. The 3-season porch was perfect. The ease of getting into the property was also quick and easy. I strongly suggest staying at this location. You won't regret it.

Make it a Tradition!

Our stay at this Bethany Beach town house made for a wonderful vacation for our family! Tucked in a safe and beautiful residential community, only minutes from the beach, we felt right at home. The property has plenty of living and gathering space highlighted with a bright and happy beachy theme. Favorite restaurants were within walking distance but nights cooking in were made easy with the fully equipped kitchen. The accommodations here were outstanding. Our family would certainly make this a tradition!

Wonderful!

The townhouse was perfect for our week in Bethany. We usually stay ocean side but figured we’d do something different this year and it ended up being a nice change of pace. We enjoyed having access to the pool and courts and the handful of restaurants that are within a few minutes walk. Getting to the main area of Bethany can be done easily; it’s a short drive, 15-20 min walk or a trolley ride away. The house itself was perfect! Check-in was simple, the house was very clean and nicely decorated. It still looks just like the pictures in the listing. It had everything we needed and then some (fully stocked kitchen, plenty of clothes hangers, wall hooks etc). The extra touches made for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Great spot for our young family!

Everything about this property was great for our young family (4&6yos). The pool being free was a great plus for us & having 2 tiny kiddos, it was the PERFECT size (had a large 3' & 4' areas before going to 6' at the deep end)! A short walk (helped us work off those dinner/ice cream calories!) to the clubhouse, defebos (our FAVORITE PLACE to eat even before this stay), beer store, trolley that comes right at the end of the driveway! (The kids LOVED the trolley but it's an even match for walking from the Boardwalk back home vs trolley - we did a race! LOL). I actually loved the walk so much, I think I would choose this property over the other comparable one. It really was a nice little walk! Any concerns were handled timely by Dave & I was very happy with all conversation, even when booking. Things were clean & they have super cute coordinating decor down to the kitchen items! The kids loved the bunk beds& we slept like a dream as well! The AC does work really well here, which I've found was an issue in past rentals but this place must be very well insulated because it stayed cold! We will be eagerly awaiting to come back next summer & hopefully more to come!!

Modern and cozy with a great pool!

We love coming to Bethany Beach and have made it a family tradition. This is a nice quiet community with a large pool that my kids love. The rental was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!

Cozy and comfortable

We loved our stay in the Villas of Bethany West. David was a gracious and communicative host. The property had just the right amenities for us and it’s located central to both beach activity (parking pass was clutch!) and trail hiking/biking along the canal and Salt Pond. We’re an active family and this property perfectly suited us, giving comfortable accommodations to relax/recharge before we headed out an another adventure. A long weekend made comfortable and easy by a fun place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach property! It was beautifully decorated in excellent condition. Best of all it was fully stocked with all the amenities, this included shampoo, conditioner, barbecue hair dryer etc! We would definitely return to this beach house!

Bethany Beach Summer Vacation

The booking online was very easy and the property was exactly what was pictured. It was VERY CLEAN and ORGANIZED! And there were many additional touches that enhanced our 1 week stay. The owner was EXCELLENT at communicating to me, made the check in seamless, and quickly responded to any questions I had. And the location is a great proximity to downtown Bethany Beach and the Beaches. And the parking pass was extremely helpful. Lastly, we didn't utilize the pool or tennis courts, but that was a nice option to have as well. Overall is was a 5 Star + for us!

Great stay

The house is lovely and newly updated and has absolutely everything one could need. The bikes were so nice and great beach accessories were provided too. Easy 5 minute bike ride to beach and community is within walking distance to several dining options My young teens loved the sense of independence in the community. They could ride bikes, swim, play tennis and catch the trolley. Only thing that I wished for was an optional sheet and towel service so you wouldn’t have to make the beds. I’d happily pay more for the house if that service was included!

Family Vacation

Great first visit to Bethany Beach for me, my sisters, and our kids! The place was great and worked well for us with ample space to hang out with the family and close convenient proximity to everything. Communication with the owner was very good and he always got back to me extremely quickly.

Looks can be deceiving!

When we pulled up it looked plain but Wow! When we got inside it was amazing. Almost Brand New. Every detail is covered. It has everything. All we needed was ourselves, food and clothing. David and Erin have a beautiful house. We had two couples and an infant. Plenty of space and the layout worked perfectly for us. It was winter so we could not take advantage of the screened in porch or the bicycles. Nice walking in the area and only 15 minutes to downtown on foot.

Great house in perfect location

Our family had a wonderful stay at the townhouse this August. There was plenty of room for two grandparents, two parents, and two children. The house was clean and well equipped and we loved the bikes, beach gear, and pool access. The owner was responsive and we appreciated the special touches throughout the house.

Gorgeous property

The house is amazing. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We were amazed by the small details that made our stay perfect. The distance to the beach was easy to manage. We walked, biked, drove, and took the trolly. The kids loved the bunk room and the adults were happy in each of the bedrooms. The owner was responsive to our emails. We would happily stay here every summer!

We have been coming to Bethany Beach for several years but this was our first stay in this property. The owners have thought of everything! The space is open, comfortable and convenient to everything! Truly a gem in Bethany Beach! Will definitely be back!

As advertised and more

The response time of Dave during our stay was amazing. When we got there, we had a little issue with the code we were given to enter the property. I was able to get in touch with Dave and stayed on the phone with me to get it working. We had issue with the Bikes not holding air and reported this to Dave, on his next reply he refunded us some money back which was totally unexpected. The house is extremely clean, great location and will definitely look to stay at the house again. If you're looking for a place to stay in Bethany with family, look no further than Dave's property. The home entertainment speakers is a nice touch for both the living room and sun room. Great family time staying there.

This place is a winner, Dave really did a great job updating the place to make a small place feel huge. Our kids love the bunk beds, and it's accessible to everything without overpaying for a house on the beach.

Perfect Getaway

I stayed with my husband and 3 young children at this perfect property. The home was very clean and well organized. My kids loved the beautiful bunk room and even found some books and arts & crafts tucked away in the living room. We rode our bikes in the quiet and friendly neighborhood, every day! We drove a very short ride to Bethany beach and boardwalk- it is definitely walkable but not with 3 kids under 9 in the heat :) We also made several car trips to Rehobeth Beach and nearby attractions, 15-20 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!

We live in Pittsburgh, PA, with our two beach-loving boys. We have been vacationing at the Villas of Bethany Beach for the past twenty+ years and just love it!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose to buy this townhouse for two reasons. First, we love Bethany Beach. We love that it is family-oriented, quiet, and relaxing. Second, we love the Villas of Bethany Beach due to their location. We love riding our bikes to the beach, walking to WaWa for coffee, using the community pool, crabbing in the nearby salt pond, playing tennis, riding the trolley, and walking to our favorite (and Bethany's top restaurant), Off the Hook.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We enjoy our townhouse because of the comfort. We know that you will feel right at home! The built-in bunk beds in the kid's bedroom allow 4 children to sleep comfortably. The 3 season room provides a nice place to relax while looking out onto a well-manicured yard.
