This is your private retreat for the duration of your stay -- full run of the house. The private hot tub is available around the clock -- no reservation needed. This home welcomes up to 2 dogs -- the yard and nearby trails are ready for your pup. Driveway parking is available at the property. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.

Stretching along ten miles of the Sonoma Coast, The Sea Ranch offers a rare blend of coastal wilderness and thoughtfully designed homes. Nearby highlights include Black Point headland trails (6-minute walk), Pebble Beach access trail (12-minute walk), The Sea Ranch Lodge restaurant, lounge and café (14-minute walk). Trails lead from your door to the bluffs, beaches, and through the forest. Heated pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, and The Sea Ranch Lodge round out the amenities. Gualala is a quick 10-minute drive north for groceries, dining, and fuel. For a scenic outing, Jenner and Bodega Bay are further down Highway 1.
Getting Around:
Sea Ranch is about 2.5 hours north of San Francisco -- take Highway 101 to Highway 1 for one of California's most scenic coastal drives. The nearest airport is Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa, roughly 90 minutes east. A car is the way to go for exploring the area.
Other Things to Note:
Heads up -- there is an active construction project on the neighboring lot. Work typically takes place on weekdays from 7 AM to 7 PM, and occasionally on weekends. While it may result in some noise during those hours, evenings and most weekends remain peaceful and quiet.
Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times.
Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast.
Keep your eyes on the horizon from December to April -- gray whales migrate just offshore, and this property has a front-row seat. Visit in spring and the meadows explode with wildflowers. April through June is peak bloom season along the Sonoma Coast. The warmest months are June through September. Expect coastal fog most mornings that gives way to sunny afternoons.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Please keep dogs on leash on trails and clean up after them.
Cell service can be spotty along the coast. The home has WiFi for staying connected.
