Spacious living area opens to beautiful ocean views

Unit 21 Lot 76. This ocean meadow property features two bedrooms and two baths. With plenty of natural light the open floor plan between the living, dining and kitchen enjoys beautiful ocean views. Sit and relax on the window seats located either side of the wood fireplace in the living room. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub located on a private deck or simply unwind on the beautiful deck facing the ocean. This house welcomes your dog and has a large, enclosed courtyard for your dog to bask in the sun. Free internet access. Bed linens and towels are included with this rental.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), with a 1 car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 4 for this home.

Great location and views, very comfortable house

Reviewer Comments: This house is big where you want it to be, in the spacious living room, with large yet cozy window seats and it's almost all (spotless) windows for incredible views. Plus there are so many outside seating areas. Nicely decorated, great layout. Beach Rentals was their usual awesome.

The enclosed yard was perfect for our dog. We saw so much wild life just looking out the windows. Access to the trails was great. I cant wait to book Robinsong again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Jim and I loved the house, garden, deck and surroundings. We appreciated having an enclosed area to allow our dog a little freedom and we loved the big picture windows and window seats that gave us such a wonderful view of the meadow, forest and ocean and all the wildlife (birds!). I liked that the house was situated near trils and not far from several beaches. The beds were very good as well.We hope to return again next year.

great fun house!

Reviewer Comments: we had a wonderful time at this house that we returned to after many years. the enclosed yard and deck was much needed for us with a 3 year old springer spaniel with great jumping abilities. we enjoyed the kitchen updates as well and beach rentals always a dream to work with.

Great location but otherwise disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house location is fantastic-on a quiet cul-de-sac with views of the ocean from the living room area. Unfortunately the inside condition of the house was disappointing. Overall it was dirty. Dust everywhere, dog hair on sheets and bedspread, dirty dishes and cutting board put back in the cupboards. One bedspread had masking tape on it to cover a rip. I don’t expect to clean a rental house immediately after arriving but that is what I did including laundering the sheets. The house was older than the listing seemed to advertise. There is no central heating only wall heaters so it takes some effort to find a comfortable temperature. And the second bathroom with a shower is small and has a very narrow door which was difficult to navigate with a kid or I imagine, anyone with mobility issues. Also the sink in the master bath was clogged so I had to call for a handy man to come the next morning. The issue was resolved very quickly and Beach Rentals was considerate. But I shouldn’t have had to call in the first place if the property was well maintained. I am not opposed to renting an older house if that is what I expected and prepared for. This was not the case and as such was very disappointing.

Much Needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time in this dog friendly home. You would never know that a bunch of dogs have stayed there before us. The location was perfect and the neighbors were cool. The home is very comfortable, could use an update on older magazines and maybe a bigger TV for those dark nights up at the Ranch. The hot tub worked great and totally helped us unwind. The treats provided for our dogs were a very nice touch that meant the world to my Wife..!This was our 20 year anniversary and the staff and the comforts made it very special. Thank you once again

Between breaks in the storm, we got out and hiked north and south along the bluff trail. When it was raining, we enjoyed relaxing in the window seats, reading and looking out over the meadow to the ocean, or soaking in the hot tub.

Great beds, great layout. great outdoor space also - you can see the ocean from the living room and outdoor deck. fully stocked kitchen with all sorts of cooking utensils and well kept appliances. We were able to take a walk along the bluff as the trail is very close to the home. High recommend his home as a nice getaway home to feel relaxed, cozy and welcoming.
