Spacious living area opens to beautiful ocean views

Unit 21 Lot 76. This ocean meadow property features two bedrooms and two baths. With plenty of natural light the open floor plan between the living, dining and kitchen enjoys beautiful ocean views. Sit and relax on the window seats located either side of the wood fireplace in the living room. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub located on a private deck or simply unwind on the beautiful deck facing the ocean. This house welcomes your dog and has a large, enclosed courtyard for your dog to bask in the sun. Free internet access. Bed linens and towels are included with this rental.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), with a 1 car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 4 for this home.

Great views, wonderful lighting throughout the house, with a great reading lamp in the living room and bedroom. Very clean and well-stocked kitchen. If sharp knives are important to you, you nay wish to bring your own. Was glad that there was a dvd player.

Plus there are so many outside seating areas. Nicely decorated, great layout. Beach Rentals was their usual awesome.

We appreciated having an enclosed area to allow our dog a little freedom and we loved the big picture windows and window seats that gave us such a wonderful view of the meadow, forest and ocean and all the wildlife (birds!). I liked that the house was situated near trils and not far from several beaches. The beds were very good as well.We hope to return again next year.

Reviewer Comments: This house location is fantastic-on a quiet cul-de-sac with views of the ocean from the living room area. Unfortunately the inside condition of the house was disappointing. Overall it was dirty. Dust everywhere, dog hair on sheets and bedspread, dirty dishes and cutting board put back in the cupboards. One bedspread had masking tape on it to cover a rip. I don’t expect to clean a rental house immediately after arriving but that is what I did including laundering the sheets. The house was older than the listing seemed to advertise. There is no central heating only wall heaters so it takes some effort to find a comfortable temperature. And the second bathroom with a shower is small and has a very narrow door which was difficult to navigate with a kid or I imagine, anyone with mobility issues. Also the sink in the master bath was clogged so I had to call for a handy man to come the next morning. The issue was resolved very quickly and Beach Rentals was considerate. But I shouldn’t have had to call in the first place if the property was well maintained. I am not opposed to renting an older house if that is what I expected and prepared for. This was not the case and as such was very disappointing.

A Tranquil Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both the interior and the exteriors spaces of this property emanate quiet and cozy peacefulness. We loved our stay here! The house is clean with all expected amenities, including a library of interesting books. There is no “Dog Smell”! My dog and I walked the for miles on the trails along the coast and throughout the meadows and the trees. The instructions and process for check-in are precise and easy to follow, which we appreciated, as we initially arrived after 11:00 p.m.! We enjoyed being able to pick up fresh fish and produce at the Farmers Market in nearby Gualala, which we grilled on the deck and enjoyed ocean views during dinner a night or two. Although the area is somewhat remote, we found delightful restaurants and everything desired at the well-stocked markets and shops in Gualala. Make reservations well in advance for dinners in the area, as they seem to fill up quickly!

The location was perfect and the neighbors were cool. The home is very comfortable, could use an update on older magazines and maybe a bigger TV for those dark nights up at the Ranch. The hot tub worked great and totally helped us unwind. The treats provided for our dogs were a very nice touch that meant the world to my Wife..!This was our 20 year anniversary and the staff and the comforts made it very special. Thank you once again

Between breaks in the storm, we got out and hiked north and south along the bluff trail.
