With a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, and ample sleeping arrangements in two bedrooms and a bonus room, this home is perfect for families or groups. Enjoy stunning mountain and river views from the front porch, upper balcony, or back patio, and take advantage of the provided board games- for some quality family time. Guests with children are welcome to use the provided pack-n-play, booster seat, and toys. Three TVs are available in the living room and two bedrooms. The first floor features a full bathroom equipped with a combination tub and shower, while the upstairs bathroom features a soaking tub (no shower).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
