Enjoy the view to the nature reserve from your private pool & spa at Villa Amara

"Villa Amara" is beautifully furnished and offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests with its three bedrooms (two with king-beds and one with two twins, all with Luxury Vinyl Floor) and two baths. All windows and sliding doors have Impact Insulated Glass. Two of the bedrooms have sliders to the pool area and offer a fabulous water view. The location is outstanding: The home faces west at a basin section of the South Spreader Waterway, the westernmost canal in Cape Coral, overlooking a nature preserve. Enjoy great views from the large patio with its electrically heatable pool and spa and from the dock. This is the place to witness incredible sunsets and find true relaxation. Free WiFi is available. Also free is the use of the kayak, the bikes and the fishing equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your meals. Also, we provide towels, beachtowes and linnen as well as games, books, DVD´s, coolers, beach charis a.s.o.
If you´re thinking of renting a boat: There are many boat rental companies in Cape Coral where you can rent a huge variety of boats. You can moore your rented boat at our boatdock at "Villa Amara" for free. On request most boat rental companies deliver the boat to your vacation home. Since "Villa Amara" is located at a saltwater canal you can take your boat directly from the boat dock to the open sea (Gulf of Mexico). The nearest beach, Cape Coral Beach, is a 12 minute drive away. You reach the extensive sandy beaches of Sanibel and Captiva after about 25 miles. Closest restaurant and shops are about 1.5 miles away.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Amara! The house is exactly as described and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The outdoor area feels like it's another indoor living space with the sliding doors. The views are just as incredible as the pictures! Everything about our stay was perfect, and we'd highly recommend it to other families.

This is an incredibly lovely spot. The view from inside and out is hard to match. The nature preserve across the water is beautiful and serene. Watching the boats go by and the birds and fish are so interesting! Love the pool and hot tub which also have wonderful views.

We stayed 2 weeks at Villa Amara in Dec 2026. The place was clean and comfortable with great views of canal and mangrove, and provided everything we needed. We like to thank the owner and the site manager for letting us enjoy our vacation. We plan to be back again.

Beautiful home with pool/hot tub overlooking the canal and mangroves. Kayaking and fishing was enjoyable. No issues with Wi-Fi but cell service was limited. House setup was open and comfortable. Really enjoyed are experience with property manager Anja. A

We loved our stay at the villa. The hot tub and the pool were wonderful and the sunset views were amazing. Kitchen was well equipped. Could have better pool floats and beach gear. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We road bikes and I ran in the area without any safety worries. Thanks for sharing your house!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Amara! The property was just as listed. We spent most of our time in the Spa and pool. All instructions were complete and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again!

As with our last visit to this house in September it does not disappoint. Wonderful outlook, well equipped and for us, as we like pine island restaurants, perfectly situated. A much needed relaxing visit exploiting the pool and hot tub every day.

Paradise Found

This is the most tranquil spot, view of the canal and the nature reserve is so peaceful! We spent everyday in either the pool or the hot tub, watching the boats go by. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderfull home with a stunning view

We've stayed twice and absolutely love the location and the home itself. Great privacy sitting around the pool. The view is second to none in Cape Coral.

The neighborhood was very nice and quiet.Enjoyed sitting out by the dock and using the hot tub in evenings! House had everything we needed!

Awesome location

Villa Amara is a comfortable, well equipped house located in an awesome spot on the canal. Private location, beautiful view across to protected land and awesome sunsets. The pool and hot tub are great and we used them everyday.
