Ideal for a small family beach vacation or a peaceful and romantic getaway for two, this pristine home features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for four, and a cozy living area with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and ocean views. Right outside, you'll find a soothing, private hot tub, while upstairs, you'll find a furnished balcony perfect for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sights and sounds with your morning coffee.



What's nearby:

AquaVista looks out upon the spectacular Pacific Ocean and the port of Port Orford, home to a rare dolly dock and fishing fleet. Within walking distance you can easily reach most of the restaurants in town, as well as the dock for fresh seafood, local galleries, and more. There are different beaches close by as well, so be sure to head down to the sand to beachcomb for a few Port Orford agates.

Return stay, even better than first time!

Location is amazing! Just steps from Battle Rock Beach and delightful walk up windows for locally sourced seafood. View is amazing! But in addition to that this place is an updated, clean, comfortable beach cabin. We would stay there again

We slept like royalty, super comfortable king bed. Saw grey whales the first day! So much to do and see within walking distance. Cafe breakfast was delicious!

Quiet and cozy seaside cottage

Such a cozy and comfortable cottage! Beautifully decorated with a nautical theme. All amenities,linens,dishware,furnishings in great shape. Very clean! Hot tub is a plus with an ocean view. Tucked away on a quiet street!

SUCH a treat!

My husband and I booked a last minute stay here and it was everything I was hoping it would be. It was soo peaceful. The sunset over the ocean was beautiful and we even saw a whale swimming around there for a little while so that was cool! The hot tub was amazing- everything was really just so perfect and cozy- THE BED, incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely stay here again and make a bigger trip out of it the next time.

DESTROYED BBQ

Our stay was amazing, however we planned to grill steaks for dinner, only to arrive and find grills completely destroyed beyond use. The house was absolutely beautiful.

The location was awesome. Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants, but on a quiet road with very little traffic. The view was amazing. I had hoped to be able to hear the waves crashing but we really couldn't.

This was a cute little place for our family to stay. The only thing was it was dirty, you could tell that the baseboards and floors were not ever really cleaned. We saw hair, food stains and splatters in the kitchen area. Everything else seemed nice, comfortable bed, wonderful views, nice jacuzzi that we used and comfortable living room. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Loved the town and local agate beaches.

Fantastic view from the bed

Very cute little cottage part way up a hill with a fantastic view of the bay from either the balcony or just propped up on pillows while laying in bed. A public access beach is two short blocks away. Beach is very dog friendly and not crowded at all. The town is very sleepy but there are a few good places to eat. The crazy Norwegian serves really good fish and chips, and the Redfish restaurant has excellent food and a great view. Make sure to get reservations though.

Wonderful and relaxing!

It was the perfect space everything that my sister and I wanted it was big enough for the both of us and maybe another one or two people. Everything was clean. The views are fabulous. There was plenty of amenities to go with the place. I can’t say enough about it. If you don’t sell it, we will be back.

Great location and View!

This was a cute place conveniently located overlooking the port and beaches close by. Nice finishes and comfortable furnishings. We walked to restaurants and shops. Only draw back was we arrived late and found a note about a boil order in affect. Would have been nice to have at least a bottle of water provided to get started and a packet of coffee in the morning. There was dish soap, new sponge, TP, and toiletries and detergent for the washer. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Perfect Getaway

What a beautiful little cottage. We loved everything about this home. The decor was the perfect ambiance setting to our beach getaway. I don’t think more than 2 people would be comfortable. A little sad there was no coffee provided - made for a long morning till we found a breakfast place. Highly recommend Redfish for dinner - make a reservation! Crazy Norwegians for lunch and Golden Harvest Herban Farm for breakfast and amazing breads and pastries Suggestion: Create a binder of local restaurants, times and things to see and do.

This home is in very bad condition.

Home needs significant repairs before it should ever be rented again. By far the most poorly maintained place I have ever stayed in.

Serious water damage and lack of care

Nicely decorated with a beautiful view. This property has been severely neglected. There is severe water damage to the front windows and blinds, damaged blinds, gaps in flooring etc. The cleanliness really got us unfortunately. There where white stains on the comforters, layers of dirt on top of eye level items, cob webs hanging, dirty base boards and when we pulled out the sofa bed it was covered with food. We took pictures and tried to let VACASA and VRBO know but we got zero response except repeated requests for high reviews via text. In addition the BBQ in the ad did not exist.

Pleasant enough

House overlooks the Pacific and Port Orford and is a short walk to restaurants. Upstairs bedroom has a great view and with the sliding door open the sound of the surf is pleasant. The huge bed was comfy. Closet space was nil though. We only used the microwave and it worked fine and it seems that the kitchen has all that one would need to do actual cooking. No ice maker in the freezer so bring a bag if you use it. Security lock on the front door requires too many digits (ten I think) for easy entry. Spa was @ 104 degrees which is way hot for most and although the spa looks covered it is not rain proof. Communications with the "owner" was spotty as this place is owned by a large management company. I took 1 to 2 days for responses. Check-out was @ 11 but we had the cleaning gal asking us when we would be out @ 10:30 or so. Overall the place needs some serious maintenance as the blinds are in bad shape and the shower/tub was installed sloppily.

Good place to stay

The balcony has a great view of the ocean and the harbor by day and is a great spot for star gazing at night. The bed is amazing and the kitchen and living area are set up nicely.
