Whether traveling for business or leisure, you can relax in the expansive living area featuring ample seating, a 70â smart TV and office space. Enjoy ocean sounds and stunning sunsets from the couch or step out to the patio for a stroll on the beach. Three beautifully appointed bedroomsâtwo with en-suitesâand a third bathroom, ensure privacy and comfort. Located between Yachats and Newport, our meticulously kept home has all the essentials for a relaxing getaway.

THE SPACE
Enjoy your getaway to the fullest at this spacious, single-story beachfront home with private beach access. The interior of the house was updated in 2024 with new furnishings, paint, flooring and more throughout - offering guests a clean, welcoming and cozy place to stay.
Relax in the expansive living room with ample seating, a 70" smart TV, easy access to the patio and beach, plus so much more. There is a BBQ grill and furniture on the back patio. This house has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 with a maximum of 10 (bedroom and sleeping details below). A a pack-n-play is available too. There are 3 bathrooms (2 private and 1 additional). Guests will have access to Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace if needed during travels.
The home is stocked with all of the essentials to support the duration of your stay, making your travels that much more enjoyable.
PROPERTY DETAILS
LIVING ROOM: Ample seating, 70" smart TV, adjacent office, back patio and beach access.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, Keurig with single pod or full coffee pot option, plus more. Coffee bar is stocked for arriving guests.
DINING ROOM: Table seats 6 to 7 comfortably, with additional seating at island/bar area, access to patio and beach from sliding glass door.
BEDROOM 1 (with private bathroom, sleeps up to 3): One king-sized bed, plus sleeper couch with twin-sized pull-out bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, extra linens, private bathroom.
BEDROOM 2 (with private bathroom, sleeps up to 2): One king-sized bed, walk-in closet, extra linens, private bathroom.
BEDROOM 3 (sleeps up to 5): Bunk beds with two full-sized beds and twin-sized trundle bed, extra linens.
HALLWAY 1: Bathroom 3.
HALLWAY 2: Pantry, utility area with washer/dryer, storage closest, garage access.
GARAGE: Space for 1 vehicle (opens/closes from interior, no remote currently). Additional refrigerator/freezer for guest use. Kites.
PATIO/OUTDOORS: BBQ grill (charcoal and propane), outdoor seating and sand toys.
ENTERTAINMENT: Lots of games for many different ages, reading books for adults and kids, plus more.
OTHER: Pack-n-play available for guests.

Parking information. Up to four (4) vehicles can be accommodated easily at this Property (1 in the the garage â garage opens/closes from interior, no currently, 2 in the driveway and 1 in the overflow gravel area that runs parallel to the Property's fence).
Pets (dogs only, 2 maximum). Pre-approval required. Non-refundable deposit of $500 will be added to your booking (applies to bookings made on or after March 15, 2025).
Minimum age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
The house has Google Nest cameras on the exterior of the house for security.
