Highlighted by nearly 2,800 square feet of contemporary living space, enjoy the best of alpine living at this getaway. Perks include a luxe primary suite, gourmet kitchen, dual living areas, a large private backyard, your own private hot tub, and a two-car garage. Delight in easy access to beaches, ski resorts, golf, and a host of restaurants, shops, casinos, and entertainment options.



High ceilings and picture windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the open living area. In the evening, kick back on the two sofas and settle in to stream favorite shows on the smart TV. The bonus living area features a sofa and smart TV.



Let your culinary skills shine in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with sleek stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Thoughtful touches include a wine cooler and air fryer. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for everyone. Gather for fresh cuisine around the dining table or enjoy it alfresco out on the deck. Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, smart TV, desk, and deck access. A two-way gas fireplace also faces the en-suite bathroom, which offers a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms both feature a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom comes with a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the third bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill.

This was a nice house and good size for our group. I don’t think it was completely cleaned before we got there, but otherwise we loved the backyard and how close it was to everything around us.

The house was great. Had a cozy cabin vibe and the 2 separate living areas was nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the large upper deck and large backyard. I just wish checkout was a little later so we could have cleaned more thoroughly and not rushed out of there.

Wonderful South Lake Tahoe Getaway

Beautiful home! The kitchen is fully equipped and the master bedroom is spacious. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. There’s also a lot of space between the neighbors on both sides so it feels very private. We loved having a hot tub and a fully fenced in yard for the dogs. So picturesque! We hope to come back to this lovely home!

The space was large and accommodated our 8 adults and little kids. The location was convenient and had ample space for parking. We had a really great time here! When we had issues, the host was quick to respond. They did not accommodate early access into the house, but it wasn’t a big deal. We didn’t use the hot tub and tried to use the grill outside but there was no propane. They had a good variety of appliances for the kitchen, and even had a welcome box for dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and sponge to keep the place clean during our stay.i wish they had more accessible tools to clean, such as a vacuum or Swifter.

Multi-generational family vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The living space is roomy and open with plenty of seating for all. It is also pet friendly for multiple dogs with a large fenced in outdoor area. The Vacasa team was friendly and responded promptly to our needs.

South Lake Tahoe

First impression of the home was beautiful. We were lucky and got there after the first snow. It was amazing. The view was breathtaking. Kids got a chance to play in the snow and there was no need to go anywhere else. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic and beautiful home, but guest services could be improved

The location, amenities, and property were amazing. My main complaint that lowered the rating was it took quite a long time for any questions to be answered and the responses were fairly impersonal. Otherwise, an amazing stay!

Lovely home!

This home was lovely. The layout was perfect for our two families, a quiet neighborhood and very close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. We usually cook most of our meals so we appreciated how thoughtfully stocked the kitchen was, from pots & pans to serving dishes, appliances and even spices! The beds were very comfortable. We visited in July, so the bedrooms on the main floor were a bit warm at night, but the fans provided were definitely helpful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spacious place in an amazing location. Only problem I had was the hot tub wasn’t maintained but Turnkey helped resolved the issue in a different way. Overall, would stay again!

MLK Weekend Stay

The cabin was gorgeous and was lovely to stay in with plenty of amenities to make our weekend enjoyable and easy. The only critique is that we wished the upstairs and downstairs had two different thermostats. The rooms downstairs were really cold when we got to a comfortable temperature upstairs.

The place was beautiful. Disappointed that 2 of the 3 bathrooms were not functioning, master bath shower was not working, the guest bathroom on first floor had water drainage issues. The floors were filthy. An open bag of dog poop was left right outside in the backyard, my 1yr old almost grabbed it. Many of the kitchen items were dirty, the air fryer had food stuck in it, the BBQ grill was pretty filthy. If it weren’t for these issues the place would have been prefect.

Amazing home

Wow this house was beautiful. It was actually larger than the photos looked. The garage had plenty of space to fit our cars and the kitchen was big enough for multiple people to cook and hang out. My only feedback is that one of the lights in the kitchen flickers and was distracting. Also the house can accommodate 10 guests but the hot tub only fits 3 which was inconvenient when everyone in the group wanted to use it.

Great property

This house is wonderful. Our only problem was that we visited during a snow storm and found that they only plowed the streets and driveway periodically, less than daily, and at no predictable time. So, we couldn't go skiing or even leave the house. Thankfully we got groceries ahead of time! We couldn't go skiing and the ski resorts are a bit of a drive away.

Nice but need some attention to detail

Nice but had some issues. This property might have been better in the spring, summer and fall. Top deck full of snow so you couldn't use hot tube for all the snow and drainage running off from top deck onto your heads below where hot tub was. Had a snow storm and gas ran out in snowblower no gas can to go get more gas. Inside house was great with exception the gas fireplace in living room wasn't working and would have been nice in the 6 hour power outage from snow storm.

Before we left to go to South Lake Tahoe I called to ask what we would need for our stay, a young girl told me they didn't supply utensils, plates, pots, pans, napkins..ect. So we packed all those items then got to the house to see it was fully stocked. Thus could have saved us space and time bringing all these items. The house was beautiful however it was extremely hot, we noticed the pilot lights on the fire places were on so it was hot. There were no shut off valves that we could see. Tried to reach someone but never recieved a response. The shower heads need cleaning they were caked up with dirt and calcium so the water stream pressure wasn't that good. The price was a little too high also.

The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, tableware, and utensils needed for meals. We provide a starter kit of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and dish soap to ensure the first night of your stay starts well. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. We keep our pilots lights lit throughout the year here in South Lake Tahoe in case of a power outage. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can host you again.
