KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with gas range and built-in oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, and everything needed to prepare a holiday feast! A large quartz island separates it and the great room, making the space perfect for gathering and entertaining.

The large dining table (with extra seating at the island) is perfect for gathering with friends and family over a home-cooked meal.

BEDROOMS:
4 total bedrooms, including a primary suite:
Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Primary suite with a king bed, Roku TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): two sets of bunk beds - twin over full bunkbed set, with a twin trundle bed and a twin over twin set. Five beds total. Wonderful room for the kids!

*The county doesn't allow hot tub use between 10pm and 8am
*4 cars max. No street parking per county ordinance
*Please put trash in on-site bear box
*Early checkins / late checkouts may be allowed with authorization (extra fees likely apply).

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20+ people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.

Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately).
