Please note that The Brunswick is located directly in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. This means you get incredible walkability to the beach, Pier, restaurants, shops, and attractions—but it also means you’ll experience the energy and excitement that come with a vibrant beach town.

One of the highlights of our penthouse is the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean from our private balconies. Many guests tell us their favorite moments are enjoying a morning coffee while watching the waves or relaxing in the evening after a day on the beach.

🎶 Live Music & Beach-Town Atmosphere
The Brunswick is home to beachfront dining and seasonal entertainment. During the summer months, live music and entertainment can be enjoyed from the balconies and occasionally from inside the condo, particularly with doors or windows open.
Most guests enjoy the lively atmosphere and appreciate being in the center of everything Old Orchard Beach has to offer. However, guests who are especially sensitive to noise should be aware that entertainment may continue into the late evening during peak season.
Fortunately, our condo is located on the 5th floor, and closing the balcony doors reduces outside noise. As a light sleeper myself, I find the condo quiet and comfortable for sleeping with the balcony doors closed.

• Winter (November–March): A peaceful oceanfront retreat perfect for long walks, remote work, and cozy getaways.

One of the biggest advantages of our location is that many guests rarely need their car during their stay. The beach, Pier, restaurants, ice cream shops, arcades, and local attractions are all just steps from the building.

Our condo is best suited for families, couples, and guests looking to enjoy the Maine coast. While we want everyone to have fun and enjoy their vacation, this is not a party property. We kindly ask all guests to treat the condo with care and respect so future visitors can enjoy it as much as you do.
