Updated 1250 sqft condo. Beach is about 250 steps away! Perfect to go back and forth for a snack, bathroom, and transporting all your beach going articles. 3 bedrooms all with Smart TV's. All new beds and decor. Desk available should you have to work with free wifi. Open kitchen, living, and dining area. 1 full and 1 half bathroom. AC/Heat Pumps in unit with 3 different remotes for climate control satisfaction. Complex has a gaming area, small gym, and coin operated washers and dryers to use.
Great location right on East Grand Ave. Pier area is 1/4 of a mile. Lots of shops and other food places along the way. Comes with 2 parking spots. More spots available nearby with paid public parking.
No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.

Everything.wa great as always

We having been staying here for a week every summer for the last few years and it is great every time. We especially loved all the upgrades this year. We will be back again next year!

This is our 2nd stay. The unit was clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Next time I will thrift shop some throw away rugs to catch some sand. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Beautiful beach and comfy condo

We had great stay. Enjoyed the Maine coast and beautiful fall weather. The condo gave us just what we needed, plenty of space, king beds and close to beach.

Great location

Everything was great! The condo is within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and the Pier. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds very comfy!

Great space

This was perfect for our family trip. Very short walk to the ocean and the amusement park, arcade and pier are easily walkable as well. Condo was very clean with plenty of room for us when we needed some down time.

Annual Girls Trip

Our stay was overshadowed by rain and cold. But, this location, although right on the main drag (we could hear cars and people all night) was a very convenient location to the pier and the beach, which was right across the street. It has 3 bedrooms which is an absolute must for us! We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent condo

Spacious, bright, clean, well equipped and great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the pier if that. Beach access right across the street. Loved the two dedicated parking spots. Didn’t move the whole time! Would recommend. Our party of six had a fantastic stay.

Finally made it to Maine!

Condo was awesome. Had everything we needed for a four day stay. Location was perfect for us to walk to Old Orchard Beach downtown and beach. Finally can check Maine off my bucket list. Loved the area and visitors with dear friends who live in the area!

Perfect condo

We loved this condo. It was a perfect location and had plenty of room for us. I loved how 2 of the bedrooms had king beds! The train is a little loud at times but it’s not enough to deter us from staying again! We will definitely be back.

Lovely modern layout. Bathrooms Nice. 1 with shower and 1 with tub. Large dining table to play games or dine in. living area for conversation or watching TV. open area concept.. short walk to beach. Beach chairs boogie boards etc Train track behind ... stayed three nights heard freight train whistle once during the night. Parking good if you can back your car with ease... no problem for us. Would come back here again.

Perfect Location

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. The location was perfect, about 8 mins to walk to the center of OOB (Palace Playland) but quiet enough to enjoy the beach with plenty of space around you. The beach is across the street and a block up so easy to walk (even with my 4 and 1 year old) The condo itself is such a good size for families, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. We also used the coin operated laundry (bring quarters) and the rec room, while in the basement, offered some fun during the rainy day we had. It was a great stay!

So cute! Clean! Roomy! Comfy! The beds were very comfortable , condo very airy and roomy. The climate control system per room was state of the art & efficient. It worked amazing. Fully stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to book again. Location PERFECT.

Very nice condo, great location and access to the beach

The Saco Bay condo unit 100 is a beautiful place! Nice roomy bedrooms, open floor plan, comfy porch area and easy access to beach, shopping, pier and restaurants. The only glitch was that the floors were very dirty. They had clearly been swept but not mopped. I was able to use cleaning supplies provided and give it a mop, but it would have been nice if the floors were cleaner.

Best time in OOB

Condo was way more than we expected spacious and well maintained. The kitchen needs a few more gadgets like tongs and incidentals. But was a great time. Incidentals like it didn’t have enough gadgets and tv should be attached to cable not a WiFi unless you provide passwords for all sites. But was a great time

Thanks for the feedback. The TV's, all 4 of them, are on Wifi and have access to Hulu which is free and similar to cable. The kitchen is supplied with more than enough items to cook and perform as you would need. Please let us know what was missing when you mention gadgets and incidentals? So close to the beach and the ability to walk anywhere in the Old Orchard Beach area made this a clear reason to purchase the unit. Your back in the unit from the beach in 2 minutes to take a break if needed. Big inside, 1200 sqft. Enjoy the rec room, onsite laundry and small gym. Pirates Patio is close by for a drink or choose a menu item to eat while your enjoying their beachside Bar. Convenience store right next to unit. Easy drive to Portland about 25 minutes.
