Fabulous Views

We stayed at Kevin’s place for a long weekend in Mid-April. Kevin is thoughtful and made sure check in went smoothly for us. This unit is just as described in the listing. Very clean and perfect for our stay. The bed was super comfortable for a great night’s sleep during our stay. The balcony view is perfect. We even had a chance to see snow on the beach for the first time ever! It was so pretty. Snow is a treat as we are from the South and rarely see snow.Kevin was kind enough to provide some restaurant suggestions. Ken’s Place had a variety of popular seafood dishes. It was a short drive from the rental and did not disappoint. The Swick downstairs had bands playing both Friday and Saturday night. We had the chance to hop down for a few adult beverages during our stay as well a quick lunch. The vibe was great with friendly staff. The band played a mix of fun tunes. We did not notice much noise from within the unit during times the band was playing. If you get the chance to visit the area, The bar and grill is definitely worth checking out. They have a large patio ready to meet your summer entertainment needs. Our trip was off season so the Boardwalk as well as many restaurants and shops were closed. However, the location is perfect for an in season stay as all attractions are just a hop skip and a jump away. Overall, we had a lovely experience at Kevin”s place. We have family nearby and will see if this condo is available for our next visit.

Love this place!

Have stayed here twice now. Kevin (host) is very responsive and accommodating. Very clean, everything I need is in the condo, and you can't beat the view. The down side for some may be hearing the bands on Fridays and Saturdays until the bar closes at 1 a.m., but within minutes of closing all is quiet. Being able to wake up in the morning and sit with a cup of tea or coffee on the balcony is fantastic! Hoping to stay here again next year. Thanks, Kevin!

Great Getaway

We are very happy with our stay. Kevin was available 24/7 for any questions by text. This is a very private unit on the beach. The balcony is huge and makes it where we didnt have to walk to enjoy the beach. We spent a good amount of time lounging in the couches. Only suggestion I have is pillows. Also, we loved the live bands but they do play alot into the night but we loved that part.sit out on the balcony enjoy music and have a drink! constantly so if about this

Fantastic

We truly had the best time ever! Kevin was very upfront about everything. I was a little nervous when Kevin informed me about the outdoor patio downstairs but you couldn’t even hear it at night in the room! Had I known, I would have booked the condo for the whole week and stayed right there vs going inland for the rest of our week.

First Trip to Maine

My wife and I visited Maine for the first time for both of us. We were very impressed with almost everything we saw. For the first part of our stay, we decided to make Old Orchard Beach our base renting a condo on the oceanfront. our host, Kevin, was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our requests. The condo was clean, cozy and comfortable. It is a one bedroom so I would not recommend it to anyone with 3 or more in their party. The views on the ocean were stunning especially the sunrise. The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. One note of caution to anyone who might be interested in this unit and that is parking is very tight. We had a small SUV and often found our neighbors were parking too close to us making it difficult to open the vehicle doors. I would not recommend trying to park a larger SUV or a larger pickup truck here. Just my opinion. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.

Location, Location, Location

Super clean condo. Terrific location right on the beach. Plenty to see and do in the area. Great restaurants nearby.Kevin made our trip smooth and easy. Would highly recommend this rental. Have used VRBO many times and this place is just as advertised. We will have no problem coming back. We thought the live music was an added bonus. Thanks for a great stay Kevin.

Fantastic!

The view is stunning and the unit was fantastic. The pictures don't do it justice. Front row view of the fireworks, and my teen spent HOURS enjoying the bands playing below. The parking lot is very tight, but it really didn't matter because we could walk to any and everything we needed and never used the car anyway. An absolute hit with my family, and they are already asking when we can go again. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful condo, very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen full of everything you will need.Great owner very helpful if we needed anything,,,,,,, good location walking to everything,but sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee watching the sunrise was beautiful. We will be back.................

Gorgeous beach front view!

My fiancé and I recent stayed for 4 nights. It was so relaxing listening to the sounds of the waves each morning. Kevin was very accurate on the description of the condo and very detailed when it came to the checking in process. He even messaged me hours earlier than check in to let me know it was ready when we were. The music at night was not an issue for us, and honestly with the doors to the porch area closed I couldn’t hear anything once in the bedroom. Very clean! 10/10 we would stay here again.

Great winter getaway in OOB

We had beautiful weather and were able to get outside and walk the beach, see the sites and just relax. Our property was very comfortable, conveniently located, and was just about perfect. Kevin was in good communication and gave us the low down before our arrival and instructions on how to make the most of our time in OOB. Perfect!

A beautiful stay overlooking the sea.

This condo is on the fourth floor, and the view from the balcony was hard to tear myself away from. Morning/afternoon beverages sitting there listening to the sea and breathing the salt air was to die for! The condo was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a great stay. The owner was very nice; great communication! Will definitely try to book this condo again next year if I make it back that way (hoping to!). Thanks for a lovely place to stay while in OOB.
