Guest will receive a unique door code to access property during their stay. You will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage during your stay.

Features Description:
âą Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.
âą Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.
âą Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.
âą Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
âą Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.
âą Parking: There is plenty of parking available at the property for 3 vehicles, Please be mindful of neighbors and donât park on the street where it could block other homeowners from pulling into their driveway.
âą Pets: No Pets Allowed: Please note that any pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur an unauthorized pet fee of $500 per pet.
âą Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.
âą Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

âą Security Cameras: For guest and property safety, exterior security cameras may be in use at this property. Cameras are located outside only and do not monitor interior spaces.
âą Guests are not permitted to tamper with any pool equipment unless specifically noted in writing and if any tampering occurs without permission they will incur a fine of $600 or more.
âą Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.
âą This property is in a residential area, most houses in the neighborhood are families. Please be respectful, especially between 10pm- 8am.
âą We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Guesty.
âą We can host a maximum of 14 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.
âą All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.
âą We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.
âą We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.
âą Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
âą Please note that we do not accept package deliveries at the property. Any packages sent to the address may not be received, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items. We recommend making alternative arrangements for package deliveries during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
âą Please note that weâre using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if itâs fully stocked.
Interaction with Guests:
We encourage our guests to communicate via their booking platform! We are typically very responsive on the platform and will answer quickly. If there is a time sensitive matter, guests will be provided a phone number as well after booking.
