Welcome to your Newport Beach getaway! Just a 2-minute walk to the sand, this clean and welcoming surfside bungalow combines classic beach living with a few hard-to-find Peninsula perks—including air conditioning and private garage parking.

The home features two comfortable bedrooms, including a king bedroom and a fun bunk-bed setup, along with two beautiful bathrooms and an outdoor shower that's perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

And yes—we have A/C! Air conditioning can be surprisingly hard to find on the Newport Peninsula, and you'll love being able to come home to a cool, comfortable space after a sunny summer day.

We've also stocked the garage with plenty of beach-day essentials, including wetsuits, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and bikes, so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying Newport.

A private garage parking space is included with your stay. The garage entrance has approximately 80 inches (6'8") of clearance, so please verify your vehicle's height before arrival, particularly if you have a roof rack, cargo box, or lifted vehicle.

When you're not at the beach, walk or bike around the neighborhood, grab groceries nearby, or fire up the grill and enjoy dinner on the patio on a beautiful California evening.
