This house is beautiful and you can’t beat the location. The kids enjoyed being able to ride the bikes down to the pier. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the beach.

Nice place. 1 minute walk to the beach. No ocean view from the property, and it's about a 26 minute walk to the pier, beach front businesses etc, so best use case here is just visiting the beach to play/swim/surf.

Great beach house! Nicely furnished, clean & 2 houses from the beach.

My sister & I really enjoyed our time at this beach house. The location couldn’t have been any better. Richard met us when we got there and gave us a tour explaining all about it & giving us all the codes we needed. Having a garage & laundry was a plus. Very cute, cozy & clean. The process of booking it was easy & Richard & Sheryl responded immediately to my emails & questions. Very helpful and made the process so easy. I would definitely rent this property again.

Safe Family Beach Trip

Relaxing three days at the beach for Spring Break. Great beach house, steps away from the sand. Well taken care of property, has everything you need, including beach toys, bikes, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach towels. Awesome outdoor patio space. Only issue, although not related to the property itself, you can hear everything from the upstairs space. If you happen to have a noisy group upstairs, we did, it may be a problem. Would definitely stay again.

Great time in Newport Beach

We stayed for three nights. Rich made our checkin easy and answered all our questions. Great location. Less than a minute walk to the beach. Riding the bikes provided was easy and fun. Would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Clean and Close to Beach

This location is perfect for a family and has all you will ever need! The beach is within walking distance (can see from patio). The property managers were very reliable and check in was so easy! The outdoor patio feels like an extension of the home, more space to relax and you can feel the cool ocean breeze. The washer/dryer came in handy and the garage was perfect for our traveling family. The bikes provided made it easy to get around Newport. I would definitely recommend this property to others and rent again!
