There wasn't a beach view as anticipated, however it was just steps to the beach and the home was beautiful, comfortable and clean! It suited all of our family's needs wonderfully! It was an absolutely fantastic stay!

Family Trip

House in great location to beach and walking distance to Newport shopping and restaurants. Very clean, updated, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay there so much!

Great location. Plenty of space for family if 6 while still affordable. Appreciated the beach chairs and washer/dryer available to us. Clean and cute.

Perfect for small family stay

Short walking distance to beach was what we needed as we spent our days exploring and evenings relaxing by the water. Wanted to come home to a clean place that was convenient to everything around us without being crowded. Quiet neighborhood was perfect for us and would stay again!

Definitely would stay again!

Definitely would stay again! Wonderful location steps from the beach. The living area is bright and comfortable and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances. The beds weren't perfect, but overall a great stay. The host was super communicative and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

The coolest place in California!

February's kinda cool, but had a fun stay, daughter came down on weekends with the 3 grandkids, fun times! This place had everything needed to make us all feel comfortable.

Long weekend at the beach!

We were looking to spend a few days in SoCal to celebrate with family locally. This location gave us a cozy place to relax between our events with an extra plus...only STEPS to the beach!! Unfortunately the weather was a bit wet but we would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful!

We had a great time in this house. Enjoyed the neighborhood and were lucky enough to have family over for dinner. Kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you could possibly need. Would love to stay again.

Pros: Perfect location, great kitchen. Cons: floor was very dirty upon arrival, having two small kids that was disappointing . Master bed needs a new mattress. But great location and great kitchen with a huge island

Cute little beach house!

Loved the access to coffee shop, groceries, highways, ocean, and boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet, which made it a perfect retreat when we arrived back “home” each night. Great space with plenty of living space for our family. The beach chairs and bean bag game were fun touches. The management company is professional and courteous. We would do this again.

Great spot with lots of space!

As a former peninsula resident and someone who still comes to the area frequently, I was so happy to find a spot that accommodated our family so well. Both bedrooms were spacious (my kids loved the bunk!) and the living area was bright, clean, and well stocked. We loved being in the area but away from the traffic of the boardwalk. Will for sure come back and stay! We also had 2 minor issues at check in that were resolved immediately-couldnt' ask for better customer service. We had a great time.

Roomy downstairs apartment with garage and front patio. Downside was a lot of nightly noise from upstairs neighbors. I Missed the personal touches when I rent directly from the owners than through a real estate agency,

We sure wish that Coni would have notified us about the neighboring noise....we could have easily and discreetly handled that or anything else that they needed. Guests are sent an email just prior to their arrival, and are reminded upon check-in at our office, to be sure and let us know if anything during their stay needs our attention. We are open 7 days a week and have phones on alert 24 hours a day for the specific purpose of attending to our guests' needs. To find out this information after the fact in a review leaves us without the ability to do anything about it....even hands-on property owners would appreciate that courtesy. Beachview Realty

Perfect location!

Perfect location for a family wanting to enjoy some serious beach time. Steps away from the beach and within walking distance to small shops and restaurants - including a super cute coffee spot! Cute patio for al fresco dining. The only tip I would give is if you are coming with a large vehicle parking is tricky. We were driving a Yukon so it took us a while to navigate the narrow alley and tight garage spot - all of this out of the owners control obviously so didn’t stop us from having the best time. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location!

I booked this property because of its location and its charm. I loved being able to walk about the door and be at beach in a minute. I especially appreciate the ability to rent beach umbrellas and bikes for a reasonable price and have it delivered by the management company. The place is clean and plenty of kitchen items for your stay. I will note that not a lot of natural light comes into the property, but it might be the case for many first floor units in this area. I would stay again though!

We have rented vacation homes from Beachview for over 8 years. Everything is just they way you want it when you walk in, always clean and as described. The people are very accommodating. If anything is not just right, or breaks while you are there, the maintenance people are right on top of it. Beachview Bikes is a great way to rent bikes for your stay, reasonably priced and they deliver and pick up right to your rental.
