Each cottage features waterviews, a private kitchen, full bathroom, dedicated deck, and a spacious open-style loft sleeping area offering flexible accommodations ideal for families or small groups. The loft layout provides a comfortable and versatile sleeping space, while the main level offers room to relax, prepare meals, and gather after a day on the lake. The sofa on the first floor is also a sleeper if an addional bed is needed. The cottages have been thoughtfully designed and furnished to create a clean, bright, and welcoming space where guests can unwind and enjoy their stay.

Guests staying in the cottages will also enjoy access to the beautiful waterfront property, along with one dedicated boat slip, making this an excellent choice for guests who want to bring or rent a boat and explore Lake Winnipesaukee.

Notes / Terms / Other House Rules:

These units are part of a larger waterfront compound/retreat. Parking is assigned, with space for approximately 5–7 vehicles in the designated area, including tandem parking.

If booking more than 11 months in advance, please inquire before instant booking. Approval of rates and availability is required for all bookings 11 months or more in advance.

One week minimum during PEAK - 6/1 - 9/7. Saturday - Saturday bookings.

Listing includes use of one dock slip. Access is shared. Additional dock slips may be available for an additional fee.

Use of dock, is at the sole risk of the renter. All guests must use lifejackets when on the docks / swimming. Must Sign Waiver.

Exterior cameras are on property; they record both video and sound.

The number of overnight guests is limited to the amount requested when booked.

No pets are allowed without approval. An additional cleaning fees apply pet pet.

Absolutely no events or parties are allowed on the property.

The primary renter must be 30 years of age or older. The primary renter must be present at all times. Monthly discounts for off-season available.
