NEW LISTING - Spacious townhouse in an amenity-rich community, close to the beaches of Ocean City and Assateague Island. Your vacation will include access to both an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center, playground, nature trail, kayak launch (2 kayaks available for guest use), and crabbing pier - all for an affordable amenity fee of $100.
The Landings at Bayside is just a short drive to the excitement of Ocean City and the tranquility of Assateague Island. Plenty of shopping restaurants and entertainment (Frontier Town) nearby - yes you can have it all!
This 3 bedroom townhouse sleeps 6 and has 2 full baths and 2 half baths. Gas fireplace, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with combo k-cup/espresso machine and an air-fryer. Garage parking for two cars. Maximum occupancy of 6 guests. No smoking and no pets. Check-in at our office in Ocean Pines. 3-night minimum stays during the shoulder seasons, 7-night rentals with a Saturday check-in during the summer season.
Linen Concierge Service - Bed linens, bath towels and bath mats, beds made. Beach towels NOT included.
Guest pays a $150 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
