This bright and airy oceanfront condo sits on the 6th floor of the Pyramid building, offering spectacular Atlantic Ocean views, a private oceanfront balcony, and direct access to the beach right from the building. With space for up to 8 guests and two full bathrooms, it's an ideal retreat for families, friend groups, and everyone in between.

Sleep soundly in the king bed in the primary bedroom, or settle into one of the two double beds in the second bedroom. The living room rounds out the sleeping arrangements with a comfortable queen sofa bed. The full kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals and beach day snacks, and the in-unit washer and dryer means one less thing to worry about when packing. All linens are taken care of — sheets, towels, pillowcases, and washcloths are all provided for your stay.

Arriving to a stocked kitchen makes all the difference, so we include a starter supply of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and spices, along with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies to get you settled in.

The Pyramid building offers a seasonal outdoor pool during the summer months, elevator access throughout, and free WiFi in the unit. Check-in is a breeze with a keypad entry system on the unit door — no coordinating key pickups required.

Parking in the building is available for one vehicle at $40 per stay (up to 7 nights), paid by credit card at the building office upon arrival. A second space may be available upon request, subject to availability. Should the office be closed on arrival, payment can be taken care of the following morning. Please be aware that parking rates are set by the building and may change at their discretion.

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:

Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.
No Smoking & Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise & Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Quiet hours: 10pm-6am

Before you head out:
1. Take out the trash.
2. Load and start the dishwasher.
3. Check for any personal belongings. Shipping items to your address will result in a minimum $35 fee.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
