- Maximum guests: 12

Pets
- Pets are welcome with a fee.
- Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
- Owners must remove all pet waste from the yard before departure ($100 fine if not cleaned).
- Pets may not urinate or defecate inside the home ($250 fine).
- Owners are responsible for any pet-related damage.

Safety & Property
- No smoking anywhere on the property.
- No parties or events — strict HOA rules apply. Violations carry a $500 fine and may result in reservation cancellation.
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Fire restrictions may apply during fire season.

HVAC
- The home has heating and air conditioning, but the thermostat is locked and managed by the owners. Please message us in the APP to adjust the thermostat.

Fees & Damages
- Damage, pet-related cleanings, or late check-outs may result in additional fees.

- Remove all trash to the outdoor bins
