Located at the Racquet Club Cottages West, this stylish 2BR/2BA boasts a sleek and modern design that showcases the hallmarks of William Cody's work - including distinctive screen block, floor to ceiling walls of glass, and well-proportioned rooms with post and beam construction. Additional highlights include multiple patios and chic decor throughout.

Walk to a plethora of downtown shops, eateries, and local attractions. Or relax by a large shared pool and hot tub at home.

LIVING AREA

Relax in style in the well-appointed living area, furnished with a plush sofa, love seat, and armchair. Watch a new movie on the 50in cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the well-lit kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.

BED & BATH

This single-level villa sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed, a twin-size ottoman sleeper, and 50in cable TV. Sliding glass doors to the master patio create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. The master bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed. A second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sip morning coffee on the main patio, outfitted with seating for four. Or soak up the sun in a lounger on the master bedroom patio. An additional outdoor area is accessible off the dining room.

Drive just 10 minutes and hop on the Palm Springs Aerial Tram to take in stunning bird's-eye views from the mountaintop. Or head to Cabazon for a day of shopping at the expansive outlet mall.

Hiking trails and golf courses are available throughout the area. Nature enthusiasts will want to check out the iconic Joshua Tree National Park, less than an hour's drive away.

Perfect quiet mid century condo

Loved our stay! Beautiful condo with a stunning garden and a peaceful pool area that felt almost private. The landscape was meticulously maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway in Palm Springs!

Love the location. Quiet and clean. Only issue is patio isn’t really that useable. Dirty and hard to keep the leaves and needles blown from winds off the patio. The patio and furniture could use a major power wash. The bathrooms are very small with no countertops so those need updating.

Racquet Club Villas-West

This condo was as described on the listing. It was very clean upon checking in and also very orderly. My only suggestion to the owner would be to have a USB charger next to beds on both sides. I had an power pack so I was able to charge my phone at night but if I didn't it would not have been possible to easily charge my electronic devices in the same room. Other than that one issue the unit provided us with a prefect stay. Oh...and the ground and pool are spectacular!!!

Historic Mid-Century Villa

Loved staying at this MCM villa while we were taking a break from our midwestern winter. Palm Springs is noted for its abundance of Mid-Century Modern Architecture, and this place was designed by one of the areas noted Architects, William Cody. The property is very well-maintained and preserved, and the landscaping is beautifully maintained. Unit was very well appointed, and completely furnished in MCM decor, down to the accessories. The kitchen we extremely well-equipped, as well. Unit has its own washer/dryer, which is handy. The pool area is EXCEPTIONAL, and the pool was heated to bathtub warmth. We swam several times, despite air temps in the 60's. A lovely, gated and very quiet property, as most of the units in this complex seemed to be Owner-occupied by couples over 50, which suited our group perfectly on this trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was cute and well decorated, but it was not very welcoming. It had a commercial feel from the moment we walked in. There were no personalized touches. There were certain doors that were not supposed to be opened and the AC had a mind of its own. The residents of the community were pretty rude and made it obvious that they did not like having guests in their pool. I would give this place another chance before I make up my mind that I don’t like it.
