PB Apartment Right by the Beach with Parking!!

Summary:

Great location in Pacific Beach! Right by the beach and walking distance to all of the fun that PB has to offer. With a parking space!! This is a rare gem.



The Space:

This space is bright, cozy and charming; you will feel like a local. Cook your own meals with everything you need to express your culinary desires. Choose to dine inside or outside in your own private patio area. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom with a separate entrance to the bathroom.



Guest Access:

You have the entire, private access to the space within the apartment during your stay. You also get that community feel by living amongst 29 other residence. Shared areas are the courtyard, communal BBQ, and the hot tub jacuzzi. Coin operated laundry machines are shared with the community.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled along Pacific Ocean, south of La Jolla and north of Mission Beach, Pacific Beach is the perfect place to soak up the sun, catch some waves, and take in a picturesque sunset. You can bike, skateboard, or jog down Oceanfront Boardwalk. Crystal Pier, the historic wooden pier built in the 1920's, is a popular spot on the beach. Kate Sessions Park has a sweeping view of the city and San Diego Bay. Trendy bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk. There is plenty to do, eat, and experience within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

Being that we're located within a 30 unit residential community, you'll get to live like a local while you're here. For this reason, it's VERY important that you agree to be a good neighbor and treat the other community members with respect. Shared areas within the community are maintained and operated by building management, and unfortunately we're unable to guarantee their availability during your stay. These shared areas include the courtyard area, the communal BBQ, communal outdoor seating area, and the hot tub. There is no air conditioning inside the unit, but we are right next to the beach so Pacific breezes keep things comfortable. The TV in the living room is a Roku smart TV. There is not air conditioning inside the unit, but with windows, fans, and the ocean breeze, it tends to stay moderately cool.



The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent. Washer and dryer are shared within the community and are coin operated.



Interaction with Guests:

Self check in, so you can arrive when is best for you after 4pm. You'll be provided a unique combination code to the smart lock on the front door that will be active during your stay.
