The Space:

This first-floor condo is located on the Gulf on the East End, and features pool access, a boardwalk to Gulf, and a grassy common area leading down to the water. Inside, you'll find an open-concept layout, a beautiful sunroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen.



The open floor plan includes the living room with plenty of seating and TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the comforts of home. Sliding glass doors open to the common area and lovely view of the Gulf. A short walk leads to the swimming pool and boardwalk extending to the Gulf waters. The complex sunroom near shopping and dining.

Great quiet beach vacation!

Place was perfect for our family! The condo was well kept up and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. We most enjoyed the private beach and pool. Neither were ever crowded. Great place for a week stay!

We had a wonderful vacation! The only suggestion I have is to update the master bath toilet. The condo was great and fully furnished!

Beach vacation

Condo was very centrally located and close to the beach. We were able to ride bikes to Fort Gaines, the aquarium, walking trails, park, and stores. Condo was clean and suited our family very well. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and we were able to cook almost daily. The short walk to the beach was perfect and we could see the ocean out our back door. My only complaint is that the beds were very hard and upstairs neighbor came in for several days and stomped around and moved furniture all night. Overall, we had a great time and a very restful much needed vacation. We would definitely recommend.

Nice condo, good location

Condo is as the pictures show. Nice, clean and towels and some toiletries provided. Quiet area, quick walk to beach and nice pool. A few blocks to the bike path that runs the entire island. I'd highly recommend for families.

We stayed here for our first family vacation, and liked it so much we are coming back next year with more family! The condo was very spacious and allowed for plenty of family activities. The location to the beach is unbeatable. The only con we had was the sliding patio door was very hard to open and shut, but it did not deter from our stay.

The property was ok. It wasn’t extremely clean and honestly you can hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors are doing. It’s not for a quiet, sleep-in vacation.

this condo was as described. the only issues we had was with the ac, fridge (took hours to cool when we initially got there) and the silverwares drawer track breaking. but over all it was great! the beach access made up for all of the small things. Kids and us enjoyed every moment! thank you for the memories!

Surf Club

If you are looking for a low-key, quiet destination then this is your place. The Surf Club has a pool or you can walk just a bit farther to the beach. As recommended, bring your chairs (any beach activities) that the kids want to play with. Hit the store beforehand and you can make burgers on the charcoal drill provided. Or you can go down the road to Skinner's for a surf/turf style take-out dinner. You can walk the beach and collect shells, you can see sand crabs and aquatic birds. We even saw dolphins. Our stay was just what we wanted- sun, fun, & relaxing!

We had two minor issues that were resolved promptly, including locking our keys in the unit, returning after a full day out in Mobile, and having someone at the property management office within 10 minutes to give us an extra key. Very impressed, and we'd love to come back someday!!

Surf Club Unit B-9 is a place where you can feel at home with all the comfort and conveniences of home including wi-fi, cable/satellite and DVD player. The cost was quite reasonable as well.

Nice Beach Stay

The unit was well supplied, the best of any I've rented. The noise from the upper unit was somewhat disturbing as they were early risers. The guest bathroom commode was sluggish and did not completely empty. The wi-fi turned off and on but adequate for email and doing searches. The instructions for checking in and finding the key to open the door could have been clearer. The wall switch which I assume turns on th fan in the master bedroom did not work. None of the above kept us from thoroughly enjoying our stay
