Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I grew up in the Portland metro area and have always appreciated what this part of the city has to offer. The Milwaukie and Clackamas area sits in a sweet spot — close enough to enjoy everything Portland has to offer, yet comfortable and community-oriented in its own right. It has grown tremendously over the years while still holding onto its neighborhood charm. The access to great restaurants, shopping, nature, groceries and entertainment all within minutes is something I truly value, and I knew it would make the perfect home base for anyone visiting the area.

Having spent years exploring Portland and its surrounding neighborhoods, I have seen a lot of spaces — and I wanted this home to feel different. I put a lot of thought and care into making it a place where guests feel both comfortable and inspired. From the chef's kitchen built for real cooking, to the open dining space that seats a full group, to the cozy fireplace wall that anchors the living room — every detail was chosen with intention. The spa-inspired bathroom, designer touches throughout, and the private backyard give it a boutique hotel feel without losing the warmth of a real home. It is the kind of place where you can host a dinner, unwind after a long day of exploring the city, or simply enjoy a quiet morning with good coffee. I wanted guests to walk in and immediately feel like they landed somewhere special — and that is exactly what I set out to create.
