Amazing views, clean and well-stocked home, and an overall great stay! The only downside was that the listing promised 4 beds, which I specifically confirmed before booking, but there were only 3, with the third being an uncomfortable, slanted chaise chair. Otherwise, I’d happily book again! Highly recommend if 3 beds meet your needs.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Great secluded location but still not too far from all the sites we wanted to see. We were a little disappointed that the listing showed pictures of a slide going into the river but then a couple months later, on the day before our booked trip the pictures were changed and the slide had been removed. One of our deciding factors was having the slide. *Definitely should be noted for others that the water pressure is not that good, so do not use the washer or dishwasher if you're wanting to shower. Overall it was an amazing stay! We really enjoyed all the river amenities that came with.

We loved staying here. Our house is on the water so we know what most people look for in a home with water access. They have more than just the basics including kayaks, canoe and jon boat. There is a large shed with life jackets, fishing rods, and paddle boards along with alot of outdoor seating and room for corn hole, etc. The house waa clean and well appointed. There were many items already there like a card table and chairs, bathroom essentials and kitchen supplies so check every nook before you go out and buy something. We look forward to our next visit.

This West Linn property was nothing short of storybook perfect. From the enchanting drive beneath the large, lush trees to the peaceful backyard and private dock on the slow-moving river, the entire setting felt magical. A family of ducks and geese frequently visited, adding even more charm to an already beautiful place.The 1930s home was filled with character and history, yet thoughtfully stocked with everything our family could possibly need—including items for our six-month-old grandson. There were so many wonderful spaces to gather, whether we were relaxing by the sauna beneath the massive tree, sitting around the fire pit, or enjoying time near the river. The outdoor shed was stocked with every river item imaginable and even had a small refrigerator for bait.The apple tree was in full bloom, and although town was nearby and convenient for stocking up, we rarely wanted to leave the property. Communication with the host was easy and straightforward. This home was more than we could have hoped for, and no photograph could truly do it justice. The family moments we created there were incredibly special, and we would return without hesitation.

Riverwood Retreat

My family recently had the most delightful stay at this charming home nestled right by the river. The cozy interior made me feel right at home, and having access to kayaks and paddleboards allowed me to fully immerse myself in the beauty of the river. The outdoor area was like a hidden gem, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening. This place truly offers a perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and natural beauty. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the water! We will definitely be back!

River House

Good place to escape city noise and people. Be aware the 2nd bedroom is at the top of an open stairway and shares a downstairs bathroom. If you do bring dogs, there are 2 dogs next door that will bark aggressively, sometimes right at the fence, if they are outside. Otherwise, there is only the sound of the rushing river. You do need a car but that comes along with escaping the city. Management company is very responsive and helpful.

Oasis by the river

I was greeted by the owner/host! He had just finished installing heater on front porch. The whole house was tastefully decorated for Christmas! The property management personnel were very responsive to any issue that arose. The owner supplied welcome package which was very helpful to jump start my stay. House was well supplied with many amenities and appliances! I appreciated his moving the recycling and trash bins up the hill of his driveway! This was most pleasant and comfortable house in which to stay. Late spring, summer, and autumn provides many outdoor activities with which to enjoy the equipment provided by the owner. I would definitely stay here in the future!

Riverwood Retreat

We wished we could’ve stayed in this lovely vacation home longer! We could tell the owners but a lot of TLC to make it comfortable for their guests. What a warm and cozy retreat to stay in this time of year. We watched Christmas movies cuddled in warm blankets by the fireplace & woke up the next morning & had coffee with lovely views of the Tualatin River. There’s also a heater outside on the front porch to enjoy coffee or wine outside during the chilly winter months. The home is well stocked with all of the supplies you’ll need for your stay. My husband said the downstairs bedroom was the most comfortable bed he’s ever slept in! The bathroom has heated floors and the owners have supplied a charger for those who have electric cars. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and enjoy again during the warm summer months!

This little river house is perfect! The setting is wonderful, beautiful, relaxing, and well kept. They have thought of so many little extras that made our stay extra enjoyable! We want to come back next year!
