Lumineux et ouvert moderne Nord-Est Montavilla ADU

Nouvelle construction. Design moderne ouvert. Mobilier et literie neufs. Comprend une cuisine complète avec des pots et des casseroles d'épices et d'huile d'olive et de vinaigre. Une machine à café Mr. TV avec directv dans chaque chambre. Retournez les portes-fenêtres françaises vers la cour et le jardin privés.
Le quartier a trop de bons restaurants et cafés pour être listés. Mes préférés sont Bi Partisan Cafe et Fillmore Cafe. East Glisan Pizza est excellente. Roscoes, Hourglass (grand poulet frit), restaurant Observatory.
Optez pour une randonnée de 3 miles jusqu'au mont Tabor et profitez d'une vue magnifique sur le centre-ville de Portland et admirez le coucher du soleil.
Apportez vos vélos et enfermez-les dans le nouvel abri à vélos.

Lovely guest house in a great area. There are shops, restaurants, bars and attractions all within walking distance, but also easy to get on the freeway to travel further afield and only 15 minute drive from the airport. The house has everything you could need and more. The owner was very quick to answer any queries and was very helpful and friendly.

We had a great three day stay here, while our son had surgery. We didn’t spend much time inside, but it was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very tasteful. Parking was easy on the street as we had a truck. The bed was comfortable! Mount Taber park was relatively close and was a good walk. Had pizza at East Gilsen pizza lounge and take out from the food trucks at The Yard. Both yummy! I would highly recommend John’s place.

I’ve stayed in many rental units over the years and would say that this is one of the best. The host was great (immediate responses to questions) and the unit actually looked better than the photos in the listing! It was in a great location and had a full kitchen where 4 of us could make and enjoy a complete holiday dinner. I highly recommend this unit.

We stayed for a week in order to be in Portland for our daughter’s wedding. The space was completely clean very convenient to our daughter’s home, and extremely comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped, and the neighborhood was also very nice to walk around, as well as being convenient to grocery stores, and otherstores and restaurants. Absolutely would stay here again!

Perfect Stay

John's house was perfect for the three of us to stay in Portland and use his house as our base for some day trips in the area. The house is clean, modern and John checks in which is nice.

A Gem in the Montavilla Neighborhood

This rental continues to be the perfect spot to stay when visiting my family who live in the neighborhood. John is very accommodating and very responsive...the home is really nice inside...and we'll continue to come back:)

Very nice modern place to stay for a small family with all the amnesties and comfort of home. Close proximity to many shops, trails, and the airport. Good value!

This spot was super clean, comfortable, and just as it was described in the online listing. Within walking distance of Montavilla and so many cute restaurants and stores. I’ll for sure book this spot again for my next visit to Portland!
