Nearby hiking areas, waterfalls, lakes, vineyards, and ski resorts are all best reached by car.
Rideshare options are limited in this area, so having your own vehicle will make exploring the surrounding countryside and nearby towns much easier.

†Pets allowed with $75 fee per stay. Max 2 dogs under 60 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone.
†Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
†No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
†No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
†Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.

1. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.
2. No parties or events allowed.
3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
5. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
6. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.
7. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).
8. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
9. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb.
10. This is a pet-friendly property! Weâre glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
