San Miniato itself provides the perfect setting for moments of true relaxation, its picturesque historic center, home to excellent restaurants, cafés, museums, and churches, is just a three-minute walk from the property.Bright, elegant, and full of character, this exclusive residence is the result of the union of two unique spaces within a historic 16th-century home in the heart of Tuscany. A place where the authentic charm of period architecture meets contemporary comfort, offering spacious, carefully curated, and beautifully harmonized interiors.
The property welcomes guests into refined living rooms designed for every moment of the day: spaces dedicated to relaxation and reading, areas ideal for enjoying a movie together, and inviting settings where quality time can be shared.
The bedrooms ensure tranquility and comfort; some feature private bathrooms and secluded terraces, perfect for peaceful moments of rest. The layout easily adapts to the needs of families or small groups thanks to the presence of sofa beds and additional areas that can be converted into extra sleeping spaces.
The entire residence also offers access to a terrace and a beautiful garden. (Please note that the garden is shared exclusively with a studio apartment, which is also owned by us.)

Due Grifoni are part of a historic 16th-century residence. For this reason, although they present themselves in aesthetic condition thanks to a careful restoration, they retain the distinctive features and authentic charm of a period property,quite different from those of a modern building.
You may notice small imperfections: it is precisely these details, together with their beauty, that made us fall in love with Due Grifoni and inspired us to purchase, restore, and share them with guests who we are certain will appreciate and cherish them as much as we do during their stay.

A €500 refundable damage deposit is required. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected. Guests are kindly asked to promptly report any accidental damage during their stay so that we can address it together in the best possible way.
