Partie d'un complexe rural de 1600 a été entièrement rénové avec une grande attention aux détails et de sauvegarder l'élégance simple et raffinée de la maison toscane typique.

Positionné au sommet d'une colline, parmi les vignes et les oliveraies, il peut être atteint par une route de campagne, un chemin de terre et un terrain clos.

L'appartement est d'environ 120 mètres carrés sur deux étages avec un patio entièrement meublé dans un cadre simple et élégant et équipé de tout le confort.
Le rez-de-chaussée se compose d'un grand salon avec cheminée utilisé comme une cuisine et un salon
Le patio-jardin à partir de laquelle vous pouvez profiter d'une belle vue sur le coucher de soleil sur les collines a une zone couverte avec une table pour manger al fresco entouré par l'odeur de la lavande et du jasmin.

L'étage supérieur comprend 3 chambres et deux salles de bains
Une très grande chambre avec un lit double, une chambre plus petite avec 2 lits simples, qui peut également être utilisée comme un lit double, et une troisième chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple.
Une salle de bain avec une douche et une avec un bain tourbillon et une douche.

Le petit village de San Vincenzo a Torri ada parte et Ginestra Fiorentina de l'autre côté à seulement 2 km offrent tout ce dont vous avez besoin, magasins d'alimentation, bars, bureau de poste, pharmacie, trattoria.

La région a été célèbre pendant des siècles pour la production de céramique, comme on peut le voir dans le musée archéologique de la céramique, à Montelupo, l'un des plus importants en Europe.

En dépit d'être dans la campagne ouverte, étant donné la proximité de Florence, l'autoroute à Pise, QUELLA PER SIENA et A1 autoroute, l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter toute la Toscane.

Country getaway

We had a great trip away from the hustle and bustle. The villa was very comfortable and had a lot of amenities. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We all wished could have stayed longer. Highly recommend having a car in the area.

Spectacular setting offering peaceful tranquility!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous, peaceful, and spacious property. Patrizia is a gracious hostess who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. She even made reservations for us at two amazing local restaurants. Her guidance on nearby wineries, shopping and touring were also incredibly helpful. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Staying at Patrizia's beautiful villa was everything we imagined it to be and more! This is a quaint and spacious property that comes equipped with everything you need for the perfect stay! The views from the property are amazing and everything inside and outside is decorated beautifully. Patrizia was the most amazing host, providing us with information on the area and even booking dinner reservations for us. If you are looking for a true Tuscany experience, you will want to stay here!

Great Tuscan Experience!

This was an amazing place with an even more amazing host. Patrizia was incredible. Super friendly and very available. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect. She was able to acquire dinner reservations at quaint but excellent restaurants throughout our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. Very enjoyable experience. 6 stars! (out of 5)

Relaxing in Tuscany

The villa was beautiful, and a great starting point to explore Florence, Chianti Road, Siena and Pisa. Patrizia welcomed us to the property with some fruit, cookies and wine, made dinner reservations for us, and was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing options! We stayed 5 nights, definitely wish we could have stayed longer!

Dream vacation in Tuscany with dear friends!

We just loved the location of this lovely VRBO, just south of Florence 35 minutes. We were up on a ridge with vineyards surrounding us and from our patio we were able to view spectacular sunsets! Our host Patricia was wonderful and was able to obtain dinner reservations at delicious and authentic Tuscan restaurants every evening of our stay! It was one of the highlightsof our trip and discerning tastebuds!

The house was lovely and perfect for our family. Beautiful scenery in the hills of Tuscany! Right in the heart of Chianti region

Had a great stay. The property is lovely and great to relax, rejuvenate, we went for a nice walk through the countryside road and the views are fantastic. Patrizia is easy to get a hold of and very friendly. Always asked if we needed help with reservations, directions or anything. Lots of restaurants close by, our only issue was the language barrier with ordering but that was us and nothing to do with the locals. Place was very spacious for the 2 of us and easily had space for 4 others if families are looking for somewhere.

We had a great stay at this beautiful country retreat the fire place was great and the view was amazing! Loved having a few days down time away from the big cities!.. and Patrize was right next door if we needed anything she helped us make reservations at a really good restaurant nearby .. I will def recommend and come back!!

Beautiful farmhouse just outside Florence

Staying in Patrizia’s guest house was a true pleasure. She is the sweetest host and helped us so much with making reservations and answering any questions we had about the region and getting around. If you want to experience small town and country Tuscan life - this is the place for you! The apartment is very comfortable with three nice bedrooms. Our whole family loved it. Thank you Patrizia!

Wonderful experience

Lovely property only topped by the graciousness of our host, Patrizia. She gave advice, made reservations, made suggestions. She also shopped for breakfast items to stock before we got there…and also shopped for a couple things while there. And one day we came back to a large bowl of delicious hand-picked grapes. House is old but has everything we needed. Slept the five of us Nebraska ladies very comfortably. Kitchen is tiny but we just do breakfast, snack and warm up leftovers. We really enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful Tuscan Villa

Our hostess, Patrizia, was wonderful. She was very helpful, had lots of information about the area, and stocked our fridge with essentials so we were comfortable from the get go. The Villa was lovely and the location absolutely beautiful as well as convenient for travel into Florence. I highly recommend it.

This property was amazing. A beautiful, charming, and quaint farmhouse overlooking the surrounding hills in Tuscany. Patrizia went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Beautiful and peaceful

My husband, 10 year old daughter and I spent 4 wonderful nights at Patrizia’s apartment. It was beautiful! The gardens, outdoor dining area location and view were perfection. The inside was clean, and cozy with a spacious upstairs. The views from the bedroom windows were amazing. Patrizia is the sweetest, kindest host. She helped us many times with reservations and recommendations for dinner. Our favourite dinner of our trip was at the restaurant Patrizia recommended. Thank you so much! Hopefully we can come back again one day. If you’re considering staying here, do it!!

The home is charming and cozy. Everything was perfect for our stay. Very clean. Plenty of space. I can’t say enough about the service that Patrizia offered. She goes above and beyond what’s expected. She filled our fridge before we arrived, offered suggestions for driving and booked reservations when needed. She was always kind and prompt. We will definitely recommend a stay here and hope to come back in the future. Grazie mille!!!

Perfect location and wonderful host!

Absolutely perfect home in a great location. Only 30 min to Florence and TONS of wineries in the Tuscany area! All the amenities you could ever ask for and the home itself is nothing short of spectacular! Just like in the movies...the views are AMAZING! An absolutely perfect place to unplug from the hustle and bustle, but be just a short drive to all of the attractions in the area. Could not have asked for a better place. Patrizia, the host, makes the stay complete! She will help you with ANYTHING you need, but is not intrusive. She has wonderful recommendations and is happy to have what you need in the house upon your arrival. Thank you for a wonderful three days, Patrizia! I wish we could have stayed longer, but we WILL be back soon!

Great Host… Great Property!

I’m sure anyone who’s booked with VRBO (or any other online rental property company) has had some trepidation about what they saw online will align with what they actually see and experience. I’ve seen both sides of this myself. Well , I can assure you that Patrizia’s property is actually better in person! She is a friendly, accommodating and fantastic host and her property in Scandicci is wonderful. My family and I had a great time there and Patrizia was there to great us and make sure we were comfortable from the get-go. She let us know about the area and things to do and see. Just an amazing host and person. I can not recommend it enough!!!

Absolutely beautiful!!!

The pictures of this property, while accurate, do not do it justice! The views are breathtaking, the property is serene and beautiful, and the home itself is exactly what you'd envision a Tuscan home to be. We were a group of 7 and the home was very spacious and clean... and Patrizia, I can't say enough about her! She was a gracious host, always available, and her restaurant recommendations were fantastic! She made reservations for us every night we were there. If you are looking for a quiet place to sip wine in a picturesque setting with the scent of jasmine in the air, this is the place for you! Only a half hour drive to Florence for sightseeing, this was the perfect place to start and end the day.. We will definitely be back! Thank you Patrizia!

Little Gem just outside Florence

A charming and rustic villa just outside florence. The perfect blend of quintessential Tuscan countryside and a short car or tram ride into the city center of Florence. We took our 3 adult kids and enjoyed our time taking day trips to wineries, San Gimignano, and Volterra over our weeklong stay. I can’t say enough about Patrizia’s hospitality! She helped with lunch and dinner reservations any time we needed them and even booked salon services for a couple of us! She’s wonderful to work with! AC works well and provided in each bedroom. Beds are very comfortable and Patrizia provided all the amenities we needed including laundry detergent. The only thing I would caution is if you are looking to do some cooking other then light meals, the kitchen is very small and would make it hard to accommodate. We ate breakfast in, but other then that it was either take out or dining out. Thank you Patrizia, we hope to come back some day!

Amazed at how amazing it was!

This property is not in Sandicci, its just outside by a little village on a hill overlooking the valley with grape vines and olive trees and gardens...oh my word. An Patricia is a true hostess with an eye for design and creating a space that makes you want to relax and never leave. Comfortable gorgeous rooms, bathrooms are large and one has a soaking tub. Books and art surround you with a patio and outdoor table to relax and enjoy the scenery. Kitchen is very small so don't plan on making big meals, but perfect for a cup of coffee or making a simple meal. This one was our favorite of all the places we stayed and Patricia was fantastic. She was there when we needed her but never made us feel she was in the way or intrusive. I would say her description is not accurate because her pics do not do this place justice. Its stunning!
