The town of Carcabuey, where the holiday home is located, is in the geographical centre of Andalusia. This makes it an ideal starting point for exploring Andalusia. The cities of Cordoba, Jaen, Granada, Seville, Malaga and Antequera can all be reached within an hour's drive. It is a very peaceful and quiet place surrounded by olive groves and mountains, where you can spend an unforgettable holiday in pleasant tranquillity.
Outside the house you will find a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue area and a shared swimming pool. This is shared with the guests of the other holiday home on the property. The property is surrounded by a fence. Pets are allowed on request. You will find a parking space at the property.
The approximately 100 m² detached house offers space for the whole family on one floor. It was built in 1950 and last renovated in 2010. It is a house on a former farm, in which there is also another holiday home. It has four bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m each) and the other two with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). Bed linen and towels are provided. It is ideal for six people, but can accommodate a maximum of eight people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table for shared meals, a gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster. The kitchen is part of the spacious living room, which has a sofa, a TV with digital TV and a fireplace.
During your stay in the holiday home, you can spend a few days in full contact with the rural environment of the region. Enjoy a peaceful family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the warm summer evenings in the house's garden. The accommodation is only a five minute walk from the centre of Carcabuey. Shops, public transport and a restaurant are about 3 km away.
