Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this unit is open yet especially defined with comfortable gathering spaces throughout. Making it exceedingly comfortable to relax, entertain, or work during your stay.

You have an open space with lots of seating. Fully equipped kitchen; New electric smart stove with oven, New ice maker and filtered water. New Dishwasher and Garbage disposal. The dining room area has six bar stools under the island for dinner time.
LIVING ROOM
Sit and Relax in this cozy area. The living room has a love seat and couch, workstation with adjustable lighting that is suitable for working from home. In this living room, there is a sixty-five-inch smart tv mounted on the wall, which adds more room for kids to lounge around on the floor and watch their favorite show.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
This spacious unit has three bedrooms and two full baths. the first bedroom has a king bed, 32" smart tv, touch lamps and charger plug ins on the nightstand. Also inside the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower and tub. the second bedroom is a queen bed with a 32' smart tv. Also in between the two bedrooms is the second full bathroom with shower and tub. The third bedroom is a bunk bed, twin on top and full on the bottom and a 32' smart tv. All rooms have dressers for a more at home feel to put clothes away during your stay. All tv's have live channels and Apps.
**SAFETY NOTICE: Please note that our listing includes a bunk bed. For safety reasons the top bunk is not suitable for children under the age of 6 or guest exceeding 250 pounds.
**USAGE RULE: Children should not play on top bunk. Only one person is allowed on the top bunk at one time. Please ensure guardrails are used.
**LIABILITY WAIVER: Guests use the bunk beds at their own risk. XSCAPECATION OASIS II is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from improper use of the bunk bed.
PATIO SPACE
This relaxing place to unwind with a covered patio. No matter the weather you can still relax outdoors with a cold drink or hot coffee. The patio has two separate sitting area with lights that come on after sundown.
PARKING
There is onsite parking in the back of the unit. Property is well lit at night.
SECURITY CAMERA
There are three on site outdoor cameras. Location; Doorbell under second unit Balcony and outside top of building.

Check-in time 3 PM. Check out time 11 AM sharp. No wiggle room

Parking: Take driveway on the side of the house to the back parking lot.
