Surrounded by a 4000 sqm park, where there is a full equipped area for “al fresco dining” as well as a huge swimming pool (18 x 9 m, 140 cm deep, open from April to November) located in a natural panoramic position overlooking the vineyards, it is ideal for families with children thanks to the children pool (6x6 m 50 cm deep), the tennis table and the exclusive large quiet green park.

The villa interior preserves the original atmosphere, thanks to the antique cotto and stone floors, as well as the furnishing with precious details, recapturing the antique splendour. Good taste, the tonalities of the colours chosen, the furniture, the paintings, the vaulted brick ceilings, a mixture of luxurious and rustic style.
