Matthew is a most responsive host. Residence was spotlessly clean. Watch your head when going down stairs to basement. Hines Meats for steaks; Lodge @ Hot Lake for diversion; Oregon Trail Interpretive Center (Baker City) for history.
Perfect location, well kept, comfortable property. However, The beds are so high my husband and I had trouble getting in and out. I am 5â4â and my husband 5â8â. Very challenging. Looks good but not practical. Future bookings will include inquiries about the hight of the bed.
The Bend Bungalow was in a great location. Walking distance to the River Walk, Food Carts and Market of Choice for groceries. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The back patio had a nice table and chairs to enjoy the nice weather in the morning and afternoon Would absolutely book this location again on a future visit to Bend.
This was our third stay in this house. Itâs just perfect! We work remote and have perfect internet every time, the dog loves the yard, and the location could not be beat. This will continue to be our Bend lodging for many more trips!!
We enjoyed our stay at the home, the check in process was quick and easy. We found the home clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Communication with Tami was very good, we would stay again.
We took a short family trip to Bend and stayed in this wonderful home. It was well stocked, and the location was amazing, with easy walking to downtown and the old mill. Love it.
Super cute house in a great neighborhood. Close to the river walk and downtown. House was well stocked if you wanted to cook and stay in, and also within walking distance to lots of great restaurants if we wanted ti get out instead. We loved it and would absolutely stay again!
This house is just great! Everything they do is quality. And the location is amazing. Very centrally located. Weâve stayed before and will absolutely stay again!
Great visit to BendâŠ..spotless and updated house, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and river hiking paths. Hosts were reachable for any questions, and check-in/out was easy. Winner Winner!
We very much enjoyed this home during our stay in Bend. The hosts were very responsive to any needs or questions as necessary. The home was clean and well stocked with about every possible kitchen and home item you'd need and having a fenced in back yard with a patio and nicely kept grass was perfect for our dog. The front porch was nice to enjoy sitting, reading or having a glass of wine. The best part was the location. We were able to walk to most everyting Bend has. Each morning we walked the Deschutes River trail only blocks away followed up with stopping at one of many coffee spots. Downtown, Old Mill district, breweries, resturants, Mirror Pond, endlesss parks and so much that Bend has to offer is close enough to walk to. There is off street parking which is a bit narrow but was fine for our Subaru Outback. The house inside is somewhat dark which isn't uncommon with many large trees in the Old Bend region and the home designs from that era. Our stay was very nice and we look forward to returning to this home in the future.
Perfectly located in the middle of Old Bend and downtown. You can walk or bike to either location in 5 to 10 min. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, spices, oils, even some condiments in the refrigerator. Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, and freezer bags in the drawers. Even little items such as safety pens, paper clips, scissors ect.I believe this is our 3rd stay and we will be back. If I had one complaint it would be the coffee pot, it is slow and small. But if you don't drink much coffee or like going out to get one then not a big deal. Oh also the bed is very comfortable.
This is our second visit to this house and it was just as great as the first time. Instructions are super easy and everything is as expected. There is a long narrow driveway that is a little intimidating, but thereâs also street parking. The beds are extremely firm memory foam so that always takes a few nights to get used to. But those are the only (slightly) negative things I have to say. We work from this home while weâre there and there are multiple places to set up and rooms to go to for privacy. The backyard is so great and our dog always has a wonderful time. The location could not be beat! We walk to Jacksonâs Corner or Palate every morning for coffee and around River Park in the evenings. Love love love this place!!
Great location, well maintained and equipped, nice fenced yard for the dog, ample kitchen, comfortable y, clean and pleasant host. We would definitely stay again.
We have been coming to the Bend area for years and decided we wanted to retire here someday. We wanted to be able to walk to all the areas that surround our house. We love walking to downtown, Drake Park and the River trail.
We have enjoyed making this house our home and look forward to retiring in Bend and being able to enjoy all that Bend has to offer. This particular location is so nice because we are 3 to 4 blocks from Downtown, Drake Park, Columbia Park, Old Mill Shopping and Theater the River Trail, the bus pick up to Mt. Bachelor and Galveston restaurants like the Lot.
