Situé à 10 min à pied de restaurants et de magasins et à 200 m. De la rivière Deschutes, la maison Larson est un endroit idéal pour séjourner.
2 chambres 1 salle de bain maison Ce pittoresque 900 m² a été construit en 1919 à l'apogée de l'usine et était à l'origine une maison de pension détenue et exploitée par Mme Larsen.
Autour du coin du nouveau parc Miller Landing, à travers la rivière du parc Pirate, et 10 min promenade le long de la rivière à l'ancien moulin et du centre ville font un cadre idéal pour les familles et les couples. Pour les plus aventureux, le complexe de sentiers de Phil est un court trajet en vélo Mt et le ski, la pêche, la randonnée et l'alpinisme se trouve à quelques 30 min en voiture jusqu'à Century Drive.

Fun girls weekend

Cute little bungalow in perfect location. Bed was really comfortable. Good lounging in family room. Nice size kitchen that was fairly well stocked.

Awesome location and Great communication

The house is a on cool quiet little street right about 3 houses down from the river, 2 streets away from parks and the tuning rapids. Our flights were all changed due to the weather and the owner was extremely understanding and flexible! Our family had an incredible time in Bend and will be back again.

Close to everything Bend

We really enjoyed this property. It was a cute historic home. Very comfortable for my family, plenty of room to relax after long walks along the river or hikes in the Bend area. We loved the spacious kirchen too! We hope to return again soon!

Great location in Bend

Came down for a concert and to see family. We were able to walk everywhere including Downtown, the Amphitheater and the put in/take out for the River float. Our days started with walks on the River trail. The house had everything we needed and was super clean. Loved the history of the house that the owner shared. Would stay there again

Wonderful place to stay - close to downtown and the old mill.

Convenient to everything. Took walks along the river with our dogs, and to the old mill dog park. Checked out many local eateries close by. The rental had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Will come to stay again!

Great location and comfortable house

Very happy with our stay. Very close to town, walking distance to park and couple great brew pubs. Quiet. Only issue was the TV was complicated to figure out with all the remotes..... but didn't have much time or interest in watching TV.

Great place for Bend adventures

Very happy with the place, exactly as advertised. It's an older property so don't expect everything to be brand new, but the location makes up for anything like that. An easy walk to the amphitheater and downtown area. Owner was perfect and even refunded as a night when we had to leave early because of a health issue with our dog...can't ask for better than that!

Cozy cottage with the perfect location.

The host Bill was great. He responded to my questions super quick. The cottage was perfect for my husband and our small dog. It was clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The king size bed was so comfortable. The yard is fenced so it was perfect for our dog . The cottage is located right next to the river, so we enjoyed taking our dog down there in the morings and evenings for a walk. Definitely a place we would love to stay at again when we are back in town visiting our family. dog.

Great stay, excellent location

The property is as described. Very comfortable accommodations for the two of us and a small dog. And an excellent location next to Millers Landing and close to many great Bend locations. We had occasional, spotty wifi, but most of the time it was fine. All in all a great stay! Brad & Karen

Location, Location, Location!

We loved this home! The location could not be beat! We were walking distance to downtown Bend, the Breweries, and the old mill district! Everything is right there! We could wheel our kayak to the river or carry our paddleboards to river, so easy. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable living room! Best place to stay in Bend!

Wouldn't stay again

We appreciate the history to this old house. However, the house had the smell of old, damaged wood which is camouflaged by fumey things. Inside was clean. Location was good, neighborhood kinda ratty. The really negative for us was, they knew we were coming with our dog and the grass was so tall. The whole yard was awful.

Winter wonderland

The location of the property is fantastic with easy parking and the ability to walk everywhere. The property is clean and perfect for a small family. The only pause on this house is the bathroom. which is small with an old tub converted to a shower that one needs to be careful getting in and out of.

We enjoyed the location as it was central for us and easy access to the bike trails at Phils and the Welcome Centre. The accommodation is as described, beds were comfortable, large kitchen eating area and comfortable living room. Bathroom at first glance seems small but everything works fine and is clean. Owner responded immediately to a small issue we had.

A great get away

Bill the host was amazing and was very attentive to our needs. The house was homie and rustic with a cool history for the old mill district and suited our needs perfectly. The location was prime for visiting our family and friends who lived close by and the house had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Its location was close to a bunch of great restaurants and shops within walking distance and the river was a block away. The neighbors were kind the the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had a wonderful time and will stay here again. It was perfect for the 2 of us and our Frenchies and was accomodating for our visits and dinners with our family and friends.

great location, perfect fenced yard and patio

Just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here. The location is just excellent. Beautiful front and back yard fully fenced. I was worried about the AC before we got there as we had a bad experience the month prior somewhere else. No need, the AC was excellent!!! Plenty of room, washer and dryer if you needed it for a longer stay. Just remember this house is 100 years old! It is not perfect and if that's what you want its not for you.

Perfect location and house was great

I loved the location of this home. We walked everywhere. Every morning I took my dog for a walk and grabbed a coffee. We walked our kids to Columbia park, to old mill district, to 10 barrel. Everything is so close and convenient to get to. At first I was nervous about the size of the home and having one bathroom but it’s a good layout so I was able to make dinner every night and we all ate at the dining room table. We watched TV in the large living room and listened to music while doing some of the puzzles that are onsite. I love that they are dog friendly as we foster dogs and found ourself with a dog at the same time as our trip. Bill was so accommodating and responsive.

Great House for Some, Not Quite Right for Us

Our experience with this home was positive overall. The house is situated in a fantastic location and exudes a cool vibe. However, with teenage boys, we found the size a bit limiting and struggled with outdated technology and Wi-Fi connectivity. For families with different needs, this might not be an issue. We also noticed the absence of basic amenities like soaps and shampoos, though we understand these are minor details. As second homeowners who rent out our own place, we appreciate that preferences vary. In essence, this home is amazing but might be better suited for a different demographic.
