We're delighted you once again found everything clean, comfortable, and in a location you love. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the Alexa devices and printed information. Unfortunately, the Alexa devices that were in the home during your previous visit belonged to the former management company and were removed during the management transition. We understand why you enjoyed the convenience they provided and appreciate you mentioning it. We have transitioned much of the information previously provided through pamphlets and Alexa to our digital guest communications, including check-in and checkout information, local information, and ways to contact our team for assistance during your stay. That said, your comments about Alexa are helpful. We're currently reviewing the cost of adding these devices back to the homes and will be discussing the option with our homeowners so, if purchased, they can become a permanent part of the property for guests to enjoy. Most importantly, we're so happy you continue to love both the home and your visits to Tennessee.
