The home has 2 bedrooms, with a large finished basement offering 2 more beds. You`ll love the cozy gas fireplace with plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the mountains. The home has a kids play area, & you`ll have access to one of the largest resort facilities in the White Mountains (even a ski area!) Short drive to Waterville Valley & Loon.

The main level of the house features an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with a full bathroom. The dining area has a kids size table with 4 chairs for arts and crafts or meals with the whole family. The level above has a bedroom with a king, a bedroom with a queen, and a second full bathroom. There is a nook in the hallways with a desk set up for remote work. The walkout basement level has a second living area with tv, tons of kids games and 2 queen beds. The layout is perfect for 2 small families or a group of couples with plenty of privacy for all.


Please note that you will have one pass to the community center which allows entry for one guest at no cost. Up to 7 day passes for each additional guest must be purchased. Fee Schedule below.


The house is located in the Waterville Estates- a beautiful resort community tucked into the heart of the White Mountains. The community center has an indoor pool, indoor lap pool, hot tub, bars/lounge, game rooms, and exercise facility. Off the upper deck you`ll find 2 additional outdoor pools, hot tub and seasonal poolside drink/food service. There is an onsite pond, a large network of hiking trails and it`s own ski area. Campton Mountain has a ski lift, rope tow and great seasonal bar/restaurant with on-site chef and live music on most weekends.

There is so much to do right on-site, but you`re also a short drive to Waterville Valley Ski Resort, Loon Mountain and Cannon.
